For someone that use to work there in my own opinion the employees weren't very. But It was fun while it lasted.

This is my favorite place to go! The employees are friendly and very helpful. I always find what I'm looking for.

The people here are extremely helpful and nice! The store is tidy-neat, and there are also some good sales.

Staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Their prices are good, and they offer most basic items--and then some. I very rarely need to go to the Home Depot up on 30 nearby. I don't need a GPS and a guide to find what I need here (I love HD, but if you don't know the place, it takes way longer to find what you need).

This is the way I remember stores being when I was a kid. Sadly, in our post superstore world, good customer service and employees who know what they're doing, are a thing of the past. This busy beaver has the best customer service of any place I visited in my adult life. They will help you find anything and everything and explain to you how it works, if you don't know. They will even find things at other stores for you, knowing that they're not going to make money off of you that day but that you're going to get what you need and come back to them when you need something else. Case and point, I called them on the phone to ask if they had firewood. The woman went to check and said that they had sold out but told me giant Eagle had the same supplier and I could get it there in the meantime. That same day I asked about firewood at Walmart and 3 employees couldn't tell me if they even sold it. This busy beaver has nearly everything that I've needed, sold at a reasonable price.

I always feel lost when I shop in stores like this because I am NOT a handy person and I can NEVER find what I need but I know it’s there. Well I found Bert who is a customer service representative who works for Busy Beaver and he was an absolutely incredible guy. He took my list and hand picked everything I needed and explained how it works. We joked about me hitting the lottery and I told him that I would be back if I did!! I was one number off!! Joking aside, Busy Beaver hit the lottery when they hired Bert!! Thanks again Bert!!!

Sure miss "The Beaver" in West Mifflin, so I go to the White Oak store. They may not have everything the "Depot" and "Loews" have, but at least you can usually find someone to talk with who can direct you to the product and/or knows what they are talking about. They also have small, misc. hardware parts that the others could care less about, and you don't have to buy a box full if you only need one or two things. Buy my plants there every summer and always get better quality at a fair price. Try getting any service at the "Depot" or "Loews" in the garden department....what a joke!! All they have are cashiers at the exits ready to take your cash!!!!

They have the best customer service and there is always an experienced Craftsman there that can help you

I was there to buy vegetable seeds and price interior doors. The sales associate was very knowledgable. Thank you Bert for your advice. I did purchase what I wanted.

The sale prices are great and the staff could not be more helpful or kinder. Plus they stayed open later to load bags of concrete for me! Great team.

We went there the first time out of convenience. We go now because we love it!! They have had everything we went for and more. Reasonable prices and helpful and friendly staff.

I was very happy with my product that I bought from Busy Beaver my doors look good on my rooms .. There was a lady who help me get my rainchecks and order my doors she was awesome she even put a rush on my last three doors for me very nice people...

Prices always good cheaper than Home depot with quality items I didn't all my shopping there windows doors lamps dry walls you name it worker's are kind polite always willing to listen and helped you always greeted with a smile
