Our experience with Daniel’s was second to none. After two failed delivery attempts from other companies, Daniel’s was the third place we tried and wish we would have went there first! The purchasing process was smooth but the delivery really blew us away. They were on time, professional, set up and cleaned up our refrigerator within 15 minutes. The two workers were extremely professional with great manners! Highly recommend!

If you just like to buy shiny new things all the time and don’t care to understand what you’re buying, don’t bother reading. However, if you want to understand your buying choices and how to take good care of your appliance investment, ask for Steven the install & repair technician at Daniels. I never met a service professional with such a keen interest in their work (and I’ve been a homeowner for 35 years, so I’ve seen plenty). Steven was willing and eager to communicate all the details, and I had a LOT of questions. He took his time and not only addressed my immediate problem, but helped me make some decisions about 2 other appliances that will need serviced or replaced soon. I’ve done business with Daniels on one other occasion and was very satisfied, but Steven’s help took satisfaction to a whole new level. Very honest, ethical, and comprehensive service.

I purchased a new Rheem Water Heater from Daniels Discount on June 27, 2023. They arranged for Pro Alliance Installations Inc to do my installation. The water heater is excellent and Pro Installation Inc did an awesome job! Amazing experience! Ordered a dishwasher from Rod...very kind, appreciative of the business. Three days later, Tom arrived to install...competent and efficient! Would highly recommend. And I saved over $400 in the H$#+ Depot piece of garbage sitting in my front porch!

Last of the great full service hardware stores, I think the floor creaks in a few places for effect, you can spend 10 cents for a washer or over $1000 for a washing machine, if you have to fix something, they will figure out a way to do it!

The sales and service team worked efficiently and effectively to resolve the issues that I was having with my GE refrigerator. Steven was able to repair the refrigerator within an hour. He is very knowledgeable and friendly! Ed was a pleasure to work with as well and helped streamline the issues with the refrigerator.

Today Daniels Appliance service repairman Steve came to check out our GE Dishwasher that would not start. He opened the panel box and reset it! He ran the dishwasher to be sure it was working, during that time he explained to us why this happens. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely call Daniels and have Steve repair all our appliances.

Daniel’s provided fantastic service with our dishwasher purchase. I bought one for my elderly mother and was worried about getting the old one out because it was screwed into the cabinets. I was also worried if a new one would fit in the small space. The installer, Tommy, listened to my concerns, said he was going to be in my mom’s area and could stop in and look at it. He went over that day, and he took a catalogue and helped her choose the model she wanted. It was ordered and installed in 5 days. It’s been a few months now and the dishwasher works great. After 6 months of trying to get Lowes to install a dishwasher, I’m so glad I canceled that order and found Daniels. Tommy was a godsend!

My husband and I were in search of a new dryer. We had gone to Lowe's originally and were disappointed with the selection but also the customer service. We decided to give Daniel's a try per the recommendation of a family member. Everyone at Daniel's was so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. There was a great selection and we ended up picking out a Speed Queen. They were able to deliver and install within a week, hauled off our old dryer, and also installed a flex-line for us. Very thankful for their help. The store was also way bigger than I had thought it would be. It had a wide variety of items. I was under the impression that they only sold appliances but they have so much for home improvement. I am going to Daniel's from now on instead of Lowe's or Home Depot. So glad I found them!

Bought a dishwasher and microwave from Daniel’s , incredible service , Tom the installer came out on time and was professional and extremely friendly and knowledgeable about his work . Highly recommend Daniel’s and highly recommend their installer Tom , he was fantastic .
