I actually grew up going to this practice, and now take my children here. What is most impressive to me is each provider’s attention to detail, along with meticulous note-taking. Every appointment begins with a recap of recent goings on, and they are always well-aware of any/all issues big and small that were previously notated by doctors or triage nurses. The practice is also great at same-day appointments if your child is not feeling well. They take the time to listen to you, and you do not feel rushed at your appointments. All of the above items mentioned (I feel like) are the most important when it comes to a child’s well-being. So happy I chose to return to this practice with my own children!

I should also say that I have used the AHN MyChart app to correspond with doctors, and they have been very prompt and thorough with their responses.

The doctors, nurses and staff who run this office are awesome! Our kids love them & they treat us like family.

We take our children here. The doctors are great and we like them above the other practices we've visited in the area. But make sure you watch the billing when you go. We have continual problems with them ALWAYS charging a copay even for well-baby visits that are 100% covered under my health plan. I have had to have my health insurance contact the billing department multiple times to get them to refund the money they charge us. I should also note that my insurance has continually shown me that the billing department does NOT report having charged us any money for those visits (though I have the credit charges to prove it). They HAVE so far refunded us all of the money, but it's extra work I should NOT have to do because I should never have been charged in the first place.

Lack of communication, sub-par service, no sense of urgency, no empathy, doctors are OK supporting staff is very unenergetic and unprofessional. Very unhappy with recent experiences. To many cooks in the kitchen type atmosphere, very impersonal, always mass confusion. Only truly good attribute is the triage staff.

TERRIBLE at communication. They give no calls/emails/letters reminding you of any appointments. I have spent NUMEROUS times on the phone for over 20 minutes before I’m able to talk to someone. If you leave a voicemail, it can take a few days to get a response.

Then when you actually come for an appointment, you will wait in both the sitting room (prior to covid) and the room for a long time! Once I waited with a newborn for an hour for 3 minutes with a doctor!

Overall they just seem to have bad communication and no sense of urgency or customer service. I am switching my son elsewhere because this has been a consistent pattern with pediatric alliance.

We have been going to this office for almost 17 years now. Lately it has been a CHALLENGE to get through to the office on the phone. If you need to schedule an appointment, you have to leave a message. You can NEVER get a hold of anyone. They are always calling back when I am unavailable, and it creates a lot of frustration. I actually gave up on one of our needs, and just went directly to a dermatologist to help us and it was SO EASY compared to this office. I just finally was able to get in touch with someone after the 5th callback for my kid's annual visits. She was less than enthusiastic, could not be bothered. Customer experience goes a long way, and your customers remember the EMOTIONS that they felt in their experience with your office - this includes the phone and scheduling experience. I am really questioning if this office is invested in helping their customers (patients) or just collecting insurance payment. Given the fact we have to pay $10 for each medical and sports form now, it seems my inclination is true. Look, we are all busy parents, and we do not have time for this or the attitude.
