Absolutely stellar place. My fiancee needed new shoes for a half marathon. We talk to Alex, my fiancee tells him what she would like in a shoe and he brings out the perfect pair first try. Really amazing service. Shout out to Alex. Building is awesome too

I bought my last 4 bikes at Pro Bike and Run and get them serviced there. You may pay more but they guys know what they’re doing, and the quality is noticeable. Shout out to Dave Masse!

I took my bike in for the annual service. The staff were helpful when checking the bike in giving me a prediction on when it would be ready. I got a text days ahead of the expected due date to say it was done. They did a fantastic job on the bike. It looks and feels like new.

Purchased my second bike from Jeff here about a month ago. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. Answered all my questions and was very patient. I've been back to the store for a few leaky tire issues and every time they have fixed me up same day and right away. Last night I stopped in with a leaking valve stem and the younger fella (unfortunately I did not get his name) repaired my leaks, installed a rear hub upgrade, greased the rear hub and lubed my chain. He was awesome!! I LOVE this store. I will continue to shop here for all my bike needs. I HIGHLEY recommend this place to all looking for a quality bike store.

I was in town for a local event in the park. A part on my front derailleur snapped. Mechanics on site at the event helped me get it going again but I decided to replace immediately. They looked up inventory from their phones had the exact replacement in stock. Brought the bike to the shop afterwards and everyone whom I met was super friendly and helpful. They took my bike in right away. My wife and I decided to eat in the cafe while we waited. I got a text telling me my repair was completed before my pizza was served! I went upstairs paid for the repair and had the bike in my car just in time for our lunch order to be served. Truly great experience and the food was magnificent too!! Thanks again to the Pro Bike staff!

Awesome staff. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have been shopping looking at various brands. Within 30 minutes I had more knowledge and was able to test a bike to fit my size and desires. Extremely satisfying process. Thanks again to the whole team.

Serviced my flat tire on my bicycle immediately. Did an excellent job and a reasonable price. I also purchased two Panier bags for my bicycle at that time. A special thank you to service technician Dave he fixed my bike in a workmanlike manner and installed my new panniers on site excellent service.

Awesome to work with and gave great advice. Bike was done in an hour, picked up the next day and added a seat which they put on in 5 minutes. Very knowledgeable staff and pricing is very good.

I went to pro bikes north park after 4 unsuccessful trips to other local shops in search of my first full suspension mtb. What made these guys different was there was no pressure, instead of telling me which bike or part to buy, they asked how I would ride and what I was looking for. They didn’t push me to make a purchase and made sure I was aware of every detail on the bike that I bought. I worked with Cody P and Dave. It was worth my hour drive and I’ll be back for any bike needs in the future
