PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy

Hands down the BEST pharmacy experience I ever had. I was fighting so hard to be able to stay with Panther but insurance required us to change. I would tear up at the end of nearly every phone call with Panther because they made every interaction so easy and seamless which especially meant so much during such a hard time with my little one. They always followed up when they said and I never had to call them first to make sure my kiddo would get his critical seizure meds on time. They continued to send us meds even while we waiting on other pharmacies to get their stuff together. I would recommend Panther to anyone and everyone!!! Thank you for phenomenal customer service!!

I can't say enough good things about this group. I've been getting my medication from them for many years now and it's always a pleasure connecting with them. They really go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of.

My daughter gets Triptodur through them. It’s a hormone blocker for early puberty that the hospital injects every 6 months. Her condition is rare which I believe this company specializes in medications for rare conditions. For my daughter’s condition there’s only 2 solutions (implant or injection). They call around the time that the injection is ready to be mailed out. At that time I give them the injection date. They then call me a few weeks after the injection to keep up to date on how it went and side effects. Communication is always great with them!

I’ve used PantherX for a few months while on Jynarque. (I switched insurances, and my new insurance doesn’t accept PantherX anymore) I was very pleased with their professionalism and dedication towards patience’s care. It was very easy to get in touch with them every time I needed to and they were able to answer all my questions. I was very bummed when I found out that my new insurance doesn’t accept them anymore. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone, you can truly trust them, and believe me, you’re in good hands with them.

Really can't say enough good things about how happy we've been dealing with Panther. We've had some headaches in the past getting our son's medication by mail. Panther has come through month after month. Their customer service is responsive and their follow up has been impressive. We really feel like we matter to anyone we've dealt with.

Im from Texas and have never had any problems getting my medication through the fedex system. The staff are very helpful and ensure everything goes well. They make sure your insurance or copays are set up correctly, answer all insurance questions with ease. They work well with the VA system. The pharmacist personally takes time to go over your medication and will not let any question go unanswered. You actually hang up feeling cared for and feeling there is a genuine concern for your well being. This is definitely a top notch specialty pharmacy that cares. They deserve 10 stars! Thank You!!!

I can say, in all sincerity, that every single experience with Panther Pharmacy has been excellent and nothing short of excellence. My experience is constantly - every time - characterized by: knowledgeable expertise, patience and sincere concern for my well-being. I believe this is because every contact with any Panther employee (customer service, administrative, even the pharmacists themselves) has felt "human" not "corporate", not "clinical", not "front desk", and certainly not "scripted customer service" - I talk with real, genuine human beings. The actual word for the experience is not "service" but "being served" - service is calculated - SERVING come from a human heart - one that cares. I am not writing this review because I am impressed by the service at Panther Pharmacy (although I am immensely impressed on a conistent basis - every time). I am writing this review because I am emotionally moved to credit their kindess. Benevolent Expertise - and I can say that from my heart.

Love the service and friendly staff always there to answer questions.

This Pharmacy is awesome. Due to memory problems, I always forget to reorder my meds. They call EVERY month to reorder for me so i never run out. That's critical for me. The service is excellent and agents are positive, kind and helpful.

I love them. Never any problems receiving my medications. They helped me even tho my post transplant coordinators don’t know what they are doing. Saved me from paying $200 dollars in co payments. Thank you

Christine is the best customer service/billing person ever! I've been dealing with my brand new medication and have never used a mail order pharmacy before, she has been so helpful and has really made the whole experience so much easier then it could have been and much easier then it started.
