So grateful for Bob and his team at Starr Plumbing. They were responsive, straight up honest and didn't try to oversell or push something that wasn't needed! What a refreshing experience to not fear getting ripped off... you're the best!

I am very satisfied with Starr plumbing. I had a stoppage in my houses main sewage line causing a backup into my basement. Starr plumbing was able to get out to my place within an hour. I was pleasantly surprised they were able to come so quickly given I was not an existing customer. These guys were great! Steve and LB made short work of our clog and gave us advice on what to do in the future. Both of them were very profession and talked to us like they had known us for years. In addition they left the place better than when they got there. Their cleanup was outstanding. The price didn’t break the bank and the service was great!

Bob and crew are excellent plumbers and genuinely good people. They are fairly priced and very skilled. Steve took the time to explain and show me every step they took, and answered a ton of my questions honestly. He showed me every step in the process so that I was aware what had happened to my sewer pipes (and more). They knew what a terrible thing it is to go through. I have owned my home over 20 years and this was the worst thing we have had happen to us. Bob and his team made it 1000 times better. I HIGHLY recommend Starr Plumbing. DO NOT call a big company. We did that first and regretted it instantly. These guys fixed our issues fairly and professionally.

Called Bob on Monday morning and Steve came by to do an estimate on Monday afternoon. Since it was a smaller job they went ahead and did the work right then and there. Super pleased with the quick turnaround, quality, and price. Also very clean work instead of having to clean up a mess... like I've experiencd with other contractors. I have found a new plumber!

We smelled gas coming from a leak under the front porch and the gas company turned it off in the evening. I didn’t want to call one of the bigger companies because I feel like they manipulate you into extra charges. I liked the reviews for Starr and called them the next morning. Said they would be there by 1pm and promptly turned up at 11 am. Gave a ballpark price and then charged $100 less because it didn’t take as long. Who does that? Work was clean and neat and Steve easy to work with. I have definitely found a plumber.

Bob at Starr Plumbing is absolutely amazing. I can't begin to say how hard it is to find a trustworthy trade company, but Bob builds his business on strong customer service. I am from out of state and he worked to help my Mom with a new toilet and vanity when they were giving her problems. Bob is excellent at what he does, do not hesitate to hire him! Fair, honest, on-time, and affordable. Thanks again!

Steve and Alby installed our new water heater today. They were straightforward and efficient. No surprise expenses, and they were true to their estimate. Bob was flexible to help us out while staying true to his business principles. Excellent work, would recommend.

Star plumbing was great and affordable to work with! I could not be happier with their service. Over the years, we have called or worked with all the "big" and "well known" plumbing companies for our clogged pipes. Every experience included scare tactics, sales pitches and outrageous bills. As we have become more knowledgeable, we have been in search of that old school, knowledgeable and transparent plumber who just comes to service what we had originally called about. We found him and so much more!

I needed a plumber right away due to a water leak. Even though they were already busy with another emergency, they sent someone out that day. Steve and Albie were wonderful! Very friendly, kind, and professional. Explained everything in easy to understand terms. Fixed my leak and cleaned up the area afterwards. I am planning on using them for my whole home plumbing project. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Bob from Starr Plumbing. I called a few hours ago with a water valve that broke when Truro remove my washer. Bob came out immediately after his morning job and completed replaoboth my water valves in 15 minutes. He does great work and is very reasonably priced.

Had an issue with leaking valve and flooding. Called a few big name plumbers and got run around or was told it would be $150 just to come out and "look" at issue and if they fixed that fee wouldn't even go towards the work. Good turn around time, came when they said they would and were professional. Turned water off, cut old pipes, replaced with 2 new values, and water all back on in under an hour.

I had a gas leak on Easter and called Starr Plumbing..... they answered the phone on Easter Day and came out next morning to give estimate and repaired the following day!! Great honest Plumbers!!! Thank you for the fast honest service!! We will use Starr again in the future for all our plumbing/gas needs!

We had Steve and Albi to do the work that we requested. We even added a few additional things and they kindly did them all without any fuss. They were on time, fast, and finished the work cleanly. Overall excellent. Price was also reasonable.

We had them install a garbage disposal in a sink that previously didn't have one. We had picked out a taller than average disposal, and Starr plumbing helped us to pick a smaller one to avoid excessive installation costs. They were very friendly and reasonably priced.

Very pleasant experience. Starr fixed two separate issues quickly: a clogged shower drain on the main floor and hot water access to the top floor shower. Small, local company that cares about its customers.
