Emiliano's Mexican Restaurant & Bar (Gibsonia)

We go here annually for a good friend's birthday. The food and service are always impeccable. The atmosphere can feel a bit over done at times, but it is nicely arranged so that you can go with a large group and not feel like you are ruining someone else's experience.

Alright let's start with a quick summary, the food is good and the service is excellent.

Now for the details if people care to read on.

First off the dinner for two you see in my photo is indeed more than enough for two people and is served to you on a little stove that keeps everything nice and hot as you eat. My wife and I barely ate half of what was there and had it again the following day as we had more then enough for a second dinner.

While they don't take formal reservations I did call and ask as I was coming with 12 people and they did have a large table ready to go when we arrived at the time I said we would be there which made the entire experience awesome.

The table side guacamole is fun to watch and because it's made table side for the haters who dislike certain ingredients in guacamole you can ask the lady to make it without that, give your friend there own custom blend and then ask the lady to finish the rest of the batch with the ingredients that should be in it.

In regards to variety, there is easily something for everyone and if your like me many things that would be a homerun any day of the week.

Service was excellent and we were attended to without feeling like they were always coming around. My soda cup was never empty which I like.

Pricing is right where you would expect it to be, not a super cheap joint and not overly expensive for my party of 12 which I covered the bill for $405.32 with tax and tip included so not too bad.

I will definitely be back again but I'm not picking up the tab this time for the whole family 🤣

The service was fast and food was good. The portions were large and definitely filling. I needed a quick evening meal and it hit the spot real good. The pulled pork burrito was sweet and tasty. The guacamole was very fresh and the tacos very nice and crunchy.

We absolutely LOVE everything about this restaurant! The manager is super nice, the waiters are super friendly, and the food is amazing! remember on my birthday the waiters all sang to me and every one of them hugged me! They are like family to us! I have tried other Emiliano's restaurants but we will ONLY go to the one in Gibsonia!

Really enjoyed my visit to Emiliano's! First time trying the restaurant, located in a strip mall. Plenty of parking. Upon entering, was very impressed with the decor and authentic feeling. The menu was extensive. I tried lunch, Beef Burrito. The burrito was served quickly, warm to touch, with a complete side of lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and cheese. The flavor was great. The staff were extremely attentive and pleasant. I will
certainly stop again when I'm in the area.

Emiliano's always meets our expectations! Exceptional in every way. Their Halloween Margarita with Three Generations Tequila was great!

You can’t go wrong with the buffalo chicken tacos and a roasted orange margarita! Emiliano’s is a great spot for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is fun, it is like walking back in time because the furniture seems vintage. The place is clean though! Really clean. The staff is sweet. Nice place.

4.5 stars. Emiliano’s is a local Mexican restaurant chain. The menu lists foods such as salads, tacos, quesadillas, burritos, fajitas, and enchiladas. In the past few years, I have eaten at this particular location multiple times. The employees have always served me promptly and courteously, and the foods have always tasted fresh and flavorful. My favorite foods are the tableside guacamole, cheese dip, and quesadillas.

The chips, salsa, and guacamole were all wonderfully fresh. The grill dinner for two is to die for. Delicious flame grilled veggies, chicken, ribeye, shrimp, all with tortillas and sides. The Diablo margaritas are also fantastic. Flan for dessert was subtly sweet and flavorful. 11/10

The food here was fantastic. The portions were plentiful. The prices are about normal for good Mexican food. If you are craving Mexican and in the area them this place is a must.

*Update* I'm pleased to say that a year later Emiliano's is still doing a great job. With the friendliest staff. A fun atmosohere. And a great menu with many options. The guac is really good. On my recent visit over the weekend I had the Molcajete Cabo. Shrimp in a spicy, chipolte sauce with peppers, onions, and pineapple are served in a bowl made of volcanic rock and eaten with warm tortillas. This comes with rice, beans and a Mexican side salad. Emiliano's food is fresh and authentic.

The food was great and so was the staff but I also enjoyed the ambiance, very pretty inside with a beautiful fountain. We come here whenever we're in town 😁

Very good food. We had a party of eight for lunch. Everybody ordered something different and was completely satisfied with their orders. No issues with anybody's meal, restaurant is clean. The WaitWait staff is friendly and helpful.

Absolutely love this place. My friend and I basically order the same thing every time, and every time, it's delicious, and it's been over many years. Prices are reasonable and service is generally fast as well as friendly. We always get the blue margarita and arroz con pollo or arroz con camarones.

Their Pastor burrito absolutely had the best flavor. The preparation and service of it brought out all the flavors of every part of the food. I personally prefer enchiladas and burritos when going to a Mexican restaurant. Thank you for the meal.
