Dollar Tree

The Dollar Tree in Gibsonia is my favorite Dollar Tree and I visit a lot throughout the city. The main reason is Michelle who works there. She is always professional and efficient who always has a smile on her face. Her customer service skills are above and beyond. I have been in Human Resources for 39 years and would hire her in a second!! This not is a little late, but a couple of months ago I lost my keys in the store for literally 2 1/2 hours!! When she did not have a customer, she literally looked everywhere with me….even the garbage outside!!
Michelle is an awesome employee!!

I always have a great experience at this Dollar Tree even if they might not have what I initially go in for on occasion there's always something else that I remember that I need and can stock up on supplies the staff are always very friendly and helpful!! Not to mention that they still carry a lot of quality items I just walked out paying $10 for kitchen supplies that I probably would have at least paid $35 for at Walmart!
