Luxe Redux Bridal Boutique

What an amazing experience I had at Luxe Redux Bridal in Pittsburgh. Rebecca was a fantastic stylist who made the entire experience fun for myself and my family and friends. She was so easy to work with and took time to get to know me during the appointment. I never felt pressured to buy but ended up walking out with my dream dress. I Can’t recommend this salon enough!

So impressed with Luxe Redux! The store is beautiful, they have a big, diverse selection across price ranges, and the team is super friendly and knowledgeable. Grace, who helped me for my appointment was the best. I gave her basically no information and she pulled a selection of dresses that were exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to Grace, I found my dress! The whole process was easy, no pressure, and they really took the time to understand what you liked and didn't like so they could find you a perfect dress.

I absolutely LOVED my entire experience here at Luxe Redux Bridal!!! From the time I stepped into the boutique my bridal consultant Jacquelyn was the best at making me feel comfortable, confident, welcomed & happy. Most of all She helped me Pick out my wedding dress! My overall experience was extraordinary! I highly recommend this bridal boutique to all future brides to be!

I highly recommend Luxe Redux! The entire staff was helpful, friendly, and sweet. Monica was absolutely amazing to work with. I went into my appointment feeling self conscious and worried that I wouldn’t be able to find anything I felt good in, but that was far from my experience. Monica was so helpful in asking questions to pinpoint my vision and what I was looking for in a dress and she picked such beautiful gowns for me. I actually ended up falling in love with multiple dresses, and ultimately said yes to the dress that day! My mom and sister were unable to join me shopping that day last minute, so I was alone, but Monica and the team still managed to make it a great experience for me. Monica took pictures in every dress for me and even helped me video call my sister. I can’t help Monica and the team enough for helping me find my perfect dress and to actually feel beautiful. Thank you!

I had the best time at Luxe Redux. They were super friendly, understood what I was looking for, and were very clear on the process. The boutique itself was ADORABLE!! I found my dream dress and at half the cost of a normal bridal boutique. I have been planning a wedding with only 9 months and was so happy I got to take my dress home that day! Highly recommend!!

Grace and the team at Luxe Redux Pittsburgh were amazing to work with, and so friendly! I had a very specific idea of what I wanted, and they were able to squeeze me in so quickly to find my dream dress. They even assisted with accessories with the excess time in my appointment. They are very knowledgeable and make the process simple…and the best part - you take the dress home with you day-of! I can’t recommend them enough to find the perfect fit for your big day😊

I purchased my bridal gown from here yesterday, and the entire experience was absolutely amazing. Grace was my stylist, and my biggest hypeman. She listened to what I wanted and helped me to pick the most beautiful gown. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and I didn’t feel like just another customer. I was pleasantly surprised that they actually look at your Pinterest, venue and other inspo that you have to pair you with the perfect dress. They weren’t pushy, and it didn’t turn into a high pressure sales situation which I was afraid of. I will recommend them to anyone I know looking for a wedding gown.

I had an amazing time at Luxe! Jacquelyn was my stylist and made me feel SO comfortable during the entire process. She listened to all of my excitements and wants as well as all of my concerns. I felt comfortable in telling her things that I didn’t like about specific dresses. I felt like I was shopping with an additional friend. It was such a beautiful experience and I am already so excited to put my dream dress back on!

My experience at Luxe Redux was amazing! This store was the first and only place I needed to visit. My stylist, Grace, carefully listened to what I was looking for and exceeded my expectations. She also helped me explore other options I may not have considered to make sure I felt confident in my decision. Grace is not only a great stylist, but has such a deep knowledge and answered all of our (many) questions about fabrics, fit, and changes that can be made to dresses. The store treats all of the guests kindly and pays careful attention to the condition of each dress. As an added bonus, this is a woman-owned company that also supports other woman-owned companies. There are not enough characters to write how great both Grace and Luxe Redux are!

I came here to get my wedding dress. I had a 6 months before my wedding and I wanted to be able to have a dress in hand when I left. I was so impressed. They really took the time to listen to what I was thinking and asked for photos beforehand. I loved their selections and the consultant was lovely. I have recommended this to several of my friends. I truly couldn’t have had a better experience and I’m so grateful that I came! Our wedding was wonderful and the dress was incredible. I’m so grateful I found this place!

Highly recommend luxe redux! Lauren was so helpful and helped me try on so many dresses until I found the one. She answered all our questions. I can't recommend this place enough! They worked within my budget and had a lot more selections than I thought.

The intimate experience was great. I was pretty anxious leading up to trying on dresses, but Jacquelyn was so warm and kind. I love that she took the ideas i shared ahead of time and had me trying on those and more! I'm so excited and cannot wait to wear the dress! With our wedding in a few months, this was the obvious choice as you take the dress with you that day! Perfect!!

I loved my experience at luxe redux! The expertise of these ladies is truly top notch, and the variety of options is incredible. They knew exactly how to take my ideas and turn them into a reality. And I haven’t been to a bridal salon so responsive and tailored to the bride as they were. 10/10

My experience at Luxe Redux was everything I ever dreamed of! Grace was so sweet. She did a great job of helping me channel my reasons for finding my dress and get in wedding mode. She asked about my fiancé and our love, made me feel confident in every dress I tried on, and always reminded me to stay true to myself. It made for a flood of happiness and emotions from me and my group when I finally found the one! My future mother in law complimented the one on one commitment to finding me my dress as well as the professionalism. My whole bridal group had an amazing time. We were over the moon when we left!

Lauren was extremely helpful. She listened to all of my input, was extremely personable, and made the overall experience so enjoyable! She also pulled the dress I will get married in!! I couldn’t be more excited and I’m so thankful for her help. The dress she pulled was not the dress I thought I’d walk away with, but her expertise shown through with the find. I would highly recommend her and the team at Luxe Redux. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

I had a great experience here! Everyone was very kind and helpful. It felt like my stylist really listened to me like what details of the dress I liked or didn’t like. She was a very personable. I liked how the appointment was set up. The first half or so I tried on dresses, then the second half I got to try on accessories which helped bring the look together.

I will forever be greatful for Jacquelyn from Luxe. I could not have asked for a better experience and it was truly all because of her! I was heaving a lot of self induced anxiety because I’m plus size and the thought of dress shopping was terrifying because what if nothing fit?! Or what if the only things that do fit are so boring or ugly?! But Jacquelyn was amazing the whole time. Hyping me up, making me feel beautiful, and all around just treating me like one of her best friends.
We had one quick phone conversation and I sent a few inspo pics following and you would have thought Jacquelyn and I were the best of friends talking about this for years. I showed up to the appointment and she immediately picked out a handful of dresses all 100% in line with my vision. (The second dress was the winner!)
After the first few we eliminated some and then she picked up a few more - pushing me out of my comfort zone saying she wants this to be the ultimate experience and making sure I try things I wouldn’t think I’d like because “you never know!” After talking with me about the ones we tried we both just knew the second one was the one and we put it back on and she styled me entirely! Picked out a veil and headpins plus earrings that were perfection like she just really knew and understood my likes and dislikes.
And when I was all styled and in my dress I knew even more it was the one and started crying- and of course Jacquelyn did too which really encouraged me to do it!
Overall 10/10 recommend Luxe but even more I recommend requesting Jacquelyn because you will feel included, comfortable, welcomed, heard, valued and beautiful in anything!

I had such a great experience getting my dress here. My stylist listened to my comments about each dress I tried on to help me figure out what it was I actually wanted. Ultimately she found a dress that had EVERYTHING I wanted, except for its sleeves. She had the vision to tuck the sleeves in so I could picture it strapless and it was PERFECT. We facetimed their recommended alterations shop on the spot, and she said she could make the dress what I wanted. It was such a great experience and I'd recommend it to anyone!

My experience at Luxe Redux was top tier. I communicated with my stylist, Rebecca, prior to my appointment about my style and vibe. On the day of the appointment she had a beautiful selection of dresses picked out based on our conversations and one of those was the ONE! They have an incredible selection of dresses, accessories and are always getting in new inventory. Their staff is so kind, professional and they sincerely want you to come out of that boutique happy. I had such a wonderful experience with this team and I HIGHLY recommend this bridal boutique. Thank you, Luxe Redux (especially Rebecca) for helping me find my perfect dress!

In a word, amazing! Rebecca was my stylist and she was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to offer great suggestions and never came across as pushy or dismissive. With her help, I found the dress!! She really is a gem and it seemed like everyone that worked there was too. Beautiful space with lots of gowns to chose from with accessories.
