After two contractors bailed out on us, my wife and I decided to tackle the project on our own. We were able to complete the project in about 10 hours total. The build was overall very straight forward and easily accomplished. The directions were clear and simple to follow. The original shipment had some damage. When we contacted Fifthroom, they were quick to overnight replacements. The quality of both the materials and workmanship was impeccable. Thank you for the customer service and the excellent product. I recently purchased a cedar chest. It is absolutely beautiful. Customer service was great. It arrived on time. I would buy again.

I ordered a custom-made lighthouse lawn ornament. There was a problem with the delivery, so a new one had to be made. I eventually received it and I was very happy with it. It's beautiful. Fifth Room was very good about tracking the order and making sure I received the product.

I purchased a 14' Gazebo from Fifthroom last year and the experience was great. The salesmen took all the time I needed to go over my options, like going to larger posts given the height I was going, color options, and such.

The deliver process was amazing. The trucking company they used had GPS tracking on it, so I could watch as they drove across the US and see at any time where they were. The drivers were super nice and had an off-loader that put the pallet out of the way.

Once I got around to putting it together, the process went smoothly. The roof was a bit of work but got it done. We ended up having two different colors of shingles (ridge caps did not match the main roofing) but when I called them about it, they resolved the issue quickly. I was truly impressed by the customer service. Amazing!

A year later I reached out to see if I could get the color code for the stain they used, as I had the factory stain it. They got right back to me with the color code and produce used from Sherwin-Williams.

I absolutely would, and do, refer people to Fithroom.

We purchased a foot bridge for our front yard and dry creek and we love it! It was very easy to assemble - took an hour or so but no special tools were required. Easy for my wife and I to carry and place where we wanted it. It looks gorgeous - we receive a ton of compliments. It was especially pretty after a recent snowfall!

Our HOA Board ordered a Triple Rail Pedestrian Trail Bridge and Mike Donaldson was very helpful, as were all the other staff we encountered along the way. He talked to us several times to make sure we ordered everything exactly as we wanted it. Though we had delivery delays due to Covid, they were great about communicating updates as they were available, and the eventual delivery went smoothly. The company that installed the bridge messed up one of the hand rails and Mike again was VERY helpful in ordering and sending us the replacement piece. Everyone on the Board thought this company was very professional, the materials and product we ordered were the quality we expected, and we would definitely do business with them again in the future!!

I bought a octagonal cedar picnic table and had no problems assembling it. It's pretty well made for outdoor furniture. I treated it with water proofer myself to save a few bucks and get the kind I wanted, and we've been happy with it. I do keep it covered when we are not using it. A couple months ago a tree limb fell on one of the bench seats and smashed half of it, so I emailed the company to inquire about ordering a replacement part. The CS rep asked for some pix to be sure she knew what to send, and shortly a whole new double seat assembly showed up on my door, gratis. I appreciate that kind of service. Thanks!

Let me tell you about a challenging experience turned 5 stars. I ordered a pergola from fifthroom and delivery was delayed. I emailed the company and the president called me himself. I explained the importance of timeliness due to a party I had going on at my house for my employees. He personally made sure it was there.
Then we had it put up and the color was wrong!! Unfortunately the company they purchased the paint from gave them the wrong color. The only real option was to send a new pergola to the house...1000 miles away. AND THEY DID! They also paid for us to have it painted and reinstalled locally.
I have to say the experience up front was less than perfect, but I will absolutely come back to them because I know if things aren't up to their high standards, they will make it right. Thank you Mike, Tim, and Paul for your commitment to customer service.

The Hope Chest is absolutely beautiful. We bought it as a graduation gift for our granddaughter and she loves it. No words can adequately express how beautifully made it is. They kept us informed of any delays due to COVID and it arrived in great shape.

Fifth Room was great to work with. My item came sooner than expected. It matched the ad exactly. It is a handmade wooden rocking horse and my little great nephew is delighted with it. It is also keepsake quality that he can hand down to his own children. I definitely will use this company again.

I had a very good experience purchasing my porch swing from Fifthroom. My home was built in 1890 and needed a replacement swing that looked appropriately to that year. The swing was delivered on time and was just perfect for my porch. I have received many compliments on the swing!

Our most recent order from Fifthroom.com was for a 3rd Hope Chest (yea, 3 girls... yikes!). Anywho, all three have been spectacular works of craftsmanship. HOWEVER... the sliding "drawer" on our most recent one was damaged when it arrived (the other two had arrived in perfect condition). When I contacted them about this issue, they kept it simple (they resolved the matter with just the one call). They were amazingly professional and I believe we had a replacement drawer within a week or so. Fantastic Hope Chests, and equally fantastic customer service!

I had wanted this Amish made mailbox so badly. No company would ship this to me in Kauai, HI. Fifthroom was the only company to ship this to me and made my day!! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart! AND.....it showers here in Kauai often. The solar light unit was affected with dampness and didn't work after a month installation. We called Fifthroom and was delighted that they would ship us a new Solar unit Free Of Charge!! We will always refer this company for their customer service and their variety of good sold. We will definitely use them again. Mahalo!!

We ordered an arbor and swing from Fifthroom, and could not be happier with the customer service, product, and the price. We live on a lake and as people walk by they often ask about it and where we purchased it. The entire experience was definitely 5 Star.

We ordered a Cedar chest for my sister at Christmas time. The chest arrived earlier than expected and was so beautiful! My sister loves it!
