Look, a lot of these reviews are peppered with truth. The offi e is cluttered, however, it is not dirty. Dr. Rach was EXTREMELY personable. He makes you feel like he genuinely cares. He does t always explain things so you can understand them but he does his best. My overall experience with Dr. Rach was amazing and i highly recommend him. He's a sincere, caring physician and in my personal opinion, that is a rare thing these days.

Want to say dr rach did way more than the last 6 urologist I went to. He asked thorough questions and what others have tried ti diagnosis my conditions. Others didn't even check blood or simple body checks. Dr rach spent quite a bit if time doing things like ultrasound and other thorough checks others haven't. His checks apparently have found a kidney stone that may have been there for years. He sent me for ct and no others have ever

Walking into the door the waiting area is cluttered with various items from boxes, to supplies and specimens to be sent out. Miraculously the bathroom was clean. The exam room will make your skin crawl. Nothing like what you'd expect from a medical professional. Walls, floor and table all filthy. Dr. Rach may be "good" at explaining conditions to people if you only want to hear part of an explanation. His bedside manner is lacklustre. Don't be surprised if he up and leaves in the middle of talking with you to go to the waiting area to speak with a colleague about his vacation never to return without informing his nurse of anything. I wouldn't have given him any stars but, to leave a review you have to leave at least one.

Terrible terrible experience.... uneducated inbred hill billy dr office... the dr is giving medical advice on being healthy yet he can barely get out of a chair because hes so over weight .... do not recomemd at all.. the lady who answered the phone was very rude and short ... also she seemed to be ill inforned as to the laws as she advocated ordering illegal dangerous prescription drugs from an online pharmacy in india as an alternative to me calling to refill a presciption??? What medical professional staff would condone this outlandish and dangerous behavior?? Unreal ... the building is filthy and outdated.... dr rach is a nice guy... but thats about all i can say nice about him or his hill billy operation he got going on there....
