Randy, Noah and CJ all helped me get clothes and work supplies for my son that's taking carpentry at Parkway West Technical Institute this year the clothes are a little bit expensive but they're worth it because their Carhartt and they have a very big selection plus they have boots if you need them to but these three guys really helped me out and whoever owns the store should really hire more guys like them. They were courteous professional and find everything I needed without me having to look everywhere

As soon as I walked in I was nicely greeted by one of the prettiest girls I've ever seen. When I walked back to the boots within 10 seconds a very friendly man approached me and was very knowledgeable about the boots they have in stock and properties of the specific work boot I picked out. They held it up front for me while I scavenged the store for more thinks to buy from the massive selection of quality workwear. They have about a quarter of the whole store dedicated to fr clothes and each time I've been there they have a really nice selection of discounted fr clothes and discounted(heavily, I might add) non-fr work clothes. After browsing through and finding plenty of extra clothes on sale to buy I checked out and a different attractive female rung me up. Could not be happier with this place, they know EXACTLY what people in construction want and need. I will recommend this store to the end of my days.

Great experience looking for a jacket. Called with nothing but questions. Could not have been treated better! Probably spent 15 minutes researching jackets and ended up COMPLETELY satisfied. She mailed the jacket and I had it the next day. Come on...where can you get better treatment?!?!? Recommend Franks 1000%

This place is awesome! They have a large selection of various construction related items other than boots. Shirts, socks, gloves, pants, hard hats... you name it, they pretty much have it. Staff was very knowledgeable and professional as well. If you work in construction in Pennsylvania, you are doing yourself a BIG favor going to this place!!

This place is awesome! They're the only place in town that actually carries women's FR clothing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The selection was very good and the prices comparable. Will definitely be doing here for all my work clothes.

Great place for boots and work clothes

I stopped by to see if they had any motorcycle boots. Unfortunately only Harley brand and I wasn't looking for something with big logos. If you like Harley boots they have a good selection. I explained to the salesperson what I was looking for and I managed to find a workboot that will do the trick. Very knowledgeable and patient staff and great selection of boots! Place has a downstairs and is much bigger than it seems from outside. Also very interesting selection of western boots. Very happy I stopped by and will be back!

GREAT STORE AND GREAT SERVICE! We have been to Franks a few times to get my husband work boots. They have nice selection of boots available. Our recent visit we were assisted by Rick. Rick is polite, professional, and helpful. We had to order my husband's boot because the size and width were not on hand. Rick made the whole process very easy. We will definitely shop here again.

I just found this place because I needed new boots for work. This place has a great selection of work boots. Also has clothes, gloves and other work gear. I will definitely be back to get more stuff. It's going to be my new place to shop.

Great service from the staff, they were very helpful. I didn't get the safety toe shoes I wanted, turns out it wasn't a good fit, so they recommended a few options and helped me find a pair of work shoes that fit perfectly. Their warranty policies are also great, especially with Keens!
Hint for comfortable work boots: choose a pair with the softest midsoles. For me that was the Keens Portland and Dover, Thorogood, which they have, also has great midsoles, but wasn't wide enough for my feet... Glad I tried them before buying!

As usual it was great. Store was clean (Covid-19) asked gentleman to clean bench before sitting - he did. Brought out our shoes to try on before purchasing. Never had a bad experience at Frank's.

Great place for work clothing and more. The staff are very nice and helpful. They seem to greet everyone when they walk in and make sure you find everything you need.

The Robindon store is the only place I buy work boots. They have a great selection and people that actually know the products. Shoes are one thing you should never buy on the cheap.
