Crispy's Fish & Chicken

Awesome little chicken shop despite the reviews. Never heard of it but stopped for dinner on our way out of the mall, I got popcorn chicken and my fiancee got the tenders. Took a bit because it was just one dude doing everything with a few orders ahead of us but he was friendly and productive and gave a heads up. Food came out piping hot and perfectly seasoned. Good portions of large pieces and tastes better than fast food chicken but maybe the same oil as the fish? Was a bit pricey for a food court, but in this economy, with Auntie Anne's charging $7 for a bottle of soda next door? Definitely going back.

Love the (Mido) cashier’s hospitality when I ordered! I even got a lollipop. Made my day!! Ordered chicken tenders with fries and Fanta. Warm and crispy alright— seasoning is decent: not too bland not too salty. No long wait.

I ordered the 6 wings and fries for $14 and it was totally worth it. They are a whole wings and cooked well done fries was amazing too definitely will be back.

The mall itself is a little lame, like a big flea market. But this dudes chicken and his friendliness has gotten my respect! Dude was super nice and accommodating to my young kids. Very patient. Made a rather hectic day and ordering process a little more relaxed. Im thankful for that. Fries were spectacular too.

I did not expect the greatest chicken of my life to be served in the Monroeville Mall, but it was, and I love it.

My wife and I stopped by for lunch on the 4th of July. The service was very good and the food was made fresh. Piping hot fries and 3 huge pieces of fish for $14. My wife and I shared and could not eat it all. It took a minute to make it all fresh but well worth it.

The food at this fast food restaurant is really good. I had the fish, shrimp and fries. The food was fresh, hot and well seasoned. It was not over seasoned but you also do not need to add anything to eat. I will definitely go back in the near future.

They have the BEST chicken tenders in the city... You can tell they are fresh and that this company cares about the quality of food they are serving. My family and I eat here any time we are in Monroeville Mall- Love it!

The chicken tenders and fries here were awesome but I can't stress enough how great the customer service here is. We came when they were closing and they still went above and beyond.

Haven't had chicken like theirs in a long time. Knew I was in for a treat the moment I opened the box and smelled the aroma. Just wish I bought more!

You WILL burn your mouth when eating here because they give you the food IMMEDIATELY after it's ready and you simply cannot wait for it to cool down. It's that good.

Customer service was very friendly and I was pleasantly surprised as me and my girlfriend got chicken shrimp and and fries it was da Bomb better than kfc.

Food was good and service was even better! And they have the small wings, opposed to them big ol jumbo steroid chicken wings.

I ordered a 10 pcs shrimp and fries basket which was reasonably priced and delicious. The staff was very welcoming and professional.
