My daughter was nervous upon arrival... But the amazing ladies there made her feel so comfortable right away! Dr. Smith is kind and explains everything very thoroughly. Their attention to their patients is fantastic. My kiddo is actually excited to go back!

As 60+ patient, I was apprehensive to initiate orthodontic treatment, but Dr. Smith and the team were great. The staff were friendly, personable, and always listened to any problems I had. They quickly remedied any issues with great teamwork. Thanks everyone!

The office and staff is AMAZING! During our visit, they made my 5 and 12 year old feel welcomed and comfortable. My oldest got his braces on March 29th (all smiles).They were very detailed with explaining everything during the appointment and making sure he understood the do's and dont's with caring for his braces! Five star Customer service is rare these days, but not at Smiles by Smith orthodontics! I appreciate the professionalism and warm personalities! I hit the jackpot with finding this office! A real gem.

Fantastic experience. I am adult patient who was not looking forward to getting braces. The office staff is very friendly and prompt. The office is clean and bright and the ortho techs are friendly and highly skilled. Dr. Smith is knowledgeable and efficient. The whole place runs like a well oiled machine, but is still very personal. I am thrilled with my results. And they gave me a lovely cake to celebrate my coming off day! I recommend this office with no reservations.

Dr. Smith and his team are the best -- highly recommended! We always know we are in good hands. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Smith has a great rapport with his young patients and chats with them about their hobbies, etc. My 13-year-old son is nearing the end of his 2-year period with braces and we will actually miss going there!

Getting braces for the first time at 55 is intimidating. The staff at Smiles by Smith put me at ease quickly. The office staff is wonderful. Kimmy is so easy to work with. Dr Smith explained everything in detail and was patient with all of my questions. I highly recommend them.

No ortho office could be more friendly! From all the ladies at the front desk of both offices to Kimmy, Holly & the rest of the crew, to Dr. Smith himself, each and every staff member is as pleasant as can be:-). And the games set up for the kids, their rewards program, and fun-to-read TV screen makes going to orthodontist a refreshingly fun appointment! And to think, all that, and your smile is brighter at the end of your personalized program😬...what could be better! I highly recommend!

They don't overbook their appointments so there was never a long wait.

I had very crooked bottom teeth which took some time to get straightened out using the Invisalign System but DR. Smith and his crew were very patient.

My experience with Smiles by Smith has been wonderful. My daughter has completed phase 1 of her orthodontic treatment and will move to phase 2 soon. The staff are super friendly, punctual and informative! Dr Smith is both kind and professional. 5 stars!!
