Norwin Barber Shop is the absolute best place to get a haircut in the North Huntingdon / Irwin area. The barbers do a great job, are friendly, and respectful of the customers! There is no profanity or off color jokes here by the staff; kids are welcomed and the barbers do a great job with their hair as well even if they are moving around.
