Gil's Cafe

Ordered two burgers and wings for the first time through Doordash tonight. Best burgers Ive had locally! And huge too! Delicious! My husband got a side of green beans and kept raving about them too. I got a side salad and it was very fresh, and had excellent ranch dressing. (Us ranch girlies always judge a restaurant by their ranch and Gil's passed the test!) We're planning to stop in in person now sometime when were over that way! Highly recommended!

From the time we walked through the door, till we were ready to leave , the folks that worked at Gil's made you feel like you were old friends. It is a good place to have a group gathering as it has plenty of parking and space inside. I had a side dish of pasta and the spaghetti sauce was very good. You could tell it was not out of a can sauce. The main meal was also very good. We will be going back.

We go to Gil's Cafe regularly. Love their French dip sandwiches. Love the wings!

Best breakfast ive had in a long time. Definitely worth stopping and checking out!!!!!

They stayed open for us late at night after we called and said we were on the way.

Very extensive menu with below average prices and pleasant staff and atmosphere.

I am very pleased with this hidden gem in south park. Most of the food is cooked from scratch. They've been around for quite some time and I know why. The owner and the cooks are amazing.

I'm actually writing this review as I'm in the restaurant at the moment I'm writing this.

First off, aesthetic in this place is beautiful; wood walls, posters, TV's at every angle. Even the tables are squeaky clean.

The food is a must try, I've had the spaghetti, it has the most purest tomato sauce I've tasted, period. The bread, mashed potatoes, and fries are all tasty.

The service is awesome, the waitress we had was really charming and looked really excited to be working there and to be serving the customers.

Thank God I've been waiting to come here today, it's really awesome and I hope I can come again soon

Great Local Diner. Funny and helpful servers. The food is delicious, fresh, and large portioned. Nice location with plenty of parking.

The food was amazing! Mediterranean Chicken Steak and Potatoe bake and the stuffers banana peppers were outstanding. Good friendly service and 50 cent wing night on Tuesdays!!! They also offer breakfast on Sundays.

Just had lunch at Gill's the Reuben sandwich was delicious all three of us loved them. Thank you chef and the 2 waitresses who were very kind and accommodating since we had a baby with us

We just love Gil’s from the delicious food and extensive menu to the warm and aim to please employees. Your first time there you’ll be treated as if you were family and every time after that. Give it a try I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Went to Gil's Cafe for Sunday breakfast 😋 It was fantastic!! I had the Chicken and Waffles. The chicken was tender and crispy. The waffle was soft and perfectly brown on the outside. My brother and sister in law both had omelets. The omelets come with hash browns or fried potatoes. Both got the fried potatoes and they came out steaming hot with onions and peppers in them. They were delicious! As were the large fluffy omelets!! Our waitress, Sandy was very good and service was quick! The prices are also very reasonable. Definitely going back!

We came as a large group and they had our section ready to go when we arrived. The service and food were excellent.

I go to gils quite often.. Their food is wonderful. The atmosphere is great. All the bartenders are amazing!! Hands down the best chicken Romano I have ever had made by bob! Everything he sends out is perfect and never disappoints us! Ever since Dom has taken over the kitchen, the food has become fantastic and never a complaint.

I have been going to Gils Cafe for many years. Staff is always very polite & friendly. I have never had a bad meal here. Tonight I had a bacon cheeseburger just one if my favorites and can honestly say their burgers are the best ever! Thick, juicy & flavorful. In all the years I've been going here I've never had a bad meal.

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised by how awesome this place is. The menu was great & the food was fantastic! I loved everything about my meal especially the homemade bleu cheese dressing. I also LOVED our waitress! She was the sweetest lady & really made our first visit welcoming. I will definitely be back here!

Always friendly and pleasant staff. We have tried something different every time we have went and always tasty and delicious. This is becoming our go to Saturday dinner spot!!

Our visit to Gil's with our 2 friends was perfect. Parking was easy, we got seated right away even though they were quite busy. We started our meal with the new appetizer dish: Poutine, which was excellent. Three of us got the burgers, and the 4th got a wrap. everyone commented how tasty and properly cooked the meal was. The coleslaw was like homemade. And of course, the service was very prompt and very friendly. A perfect night!
