I read Jackie's bio on the Howard Hanna web page. I contacted her about possibly listing a property that I had in the Stanton Heights section of the city. I met Jackie at the residence and was immediately impressed with her knowledge of the area and nearby sales. I signed a contract with Jackie to list the property. She advised a listing price, which was higher than I expected. I had four offers on the house the very first day! Jackie put a best and final offer announcement to the buyers realtor. When they all came in, Jackie explained each and everyone in detail to me. I ultimately sold the property for ten thousand dollars over asking price. Jackie returned every phone call and email within the hour if not sooner. I have additional properties in the east end area of the city that I will be selling and I will be using Jackie to list everyone

Jackie was amazing to work with! I will be the first to admit I was a pretty picky buyer and we were looking for a pretty specific house in a small area. Jackie was always patient and understanding and would be on top of sending us new houses and ideas. When the first house we put an offer on fell through due to inspection issues, Jackie helped walk us through the whole process and helped us keep our sanity as we had to unexpectedly begin our house search again. Jackie was great throughout the whole house buying process and helped us finally find a great house. Jackie also helped us sell our old house and made the whole process as painless as possible. I cannot recommend Jackie enough, and while I hope to not be in the market for a house any time soon, would use her again in a heartbeat!
