I said I would update my review based on the work and they did a great job restoring my car and communicating with me through the process after our initial conversation. They got to it much faster than initially expected too, which is great.

I recently had my car repaired at caliber collision and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the repair process to me.

The quality of the work done on my car was exceptional. The technicians at caliber collision paid attention to every detail and made sure my car looked as good as new. They even went above and beyond by cleaning the interior and exterior of my car before returning it to me.

Not only was the service top-notch, but the pricing was also fair and transparent. I received a detailed breakdown of the costs before the repairs began, so there were no surprises when it came time to pay.

Excellent job! The entire process was almost seamless. There was a small hiccup with a part that was left off the original quote but it was handled very professionally. Everyone is very communicative. I am currently handling claims for 4 different vehicles and Caliber has been the best so far, hands down. This was the owner of our company’s truck so I felt extra pressure to make sure everything went well and Caliber delivered!

Everyone at Caliber was great. The work was done fast and perfectly. They are friendly and stay in touch well throughout the process. I hope to not need to get work done on my car again soon, but wouldn't hesitate to go back to them if I did.

Great body shop, very knowledgeable staff, amazing technicians, and a really thorough estimator. Prior to working with this Caliber Collision, I had been working with a Caliber Collision in Temple Tx. My experience with the Temple CC was horrible, they had my truck for 3 months and when I picked it up there was still so much wrong with it. Fast forward to just after Thanksgiving. I dropped my truck off and did a walk around with the Pittsburgh CC and pointed out all the issues that remained that I saw, well these guys were able to point out stuff I didn't even see that the Temple CC messed up. Every ding, dent, paint run off, and issue that Temple omitted, this CC fixed. I could not be happier with the service that I received here and the work that the team put into fixing my truck.
