I got to say this place is really nice. There's a lot to pick from and the owner is really nice. He was very helpful. I give this place 10 stars. He did not judge me whatsoever. And everybody just needs to understand that he does work by himself. When I was there he was by himself, no staff. So if he closes his store for 15 minutes to go take lunch or something, please understand. He's awesome, nice and amazing person. So please give him respect .respect.and understanding

The manager is so super nice and helpful. And they have a great variety of different hairs, from braiding hair to wigs to tracks. They have everything you need!!

The owner is my guy for life! He used to own a shop in my hometown and due to some theft that was happening in the area he moved his shop to Pittsburgh, which adds hour to my travel time to him but it is sooooo worth is. I'm a online shopper when it comes to my hair and items but if I ever need something in person and quick, it's without hesitation to go to him.

Let me start off with the fact that they don’t have many staff but the staff they do have are always so kind and helpful. They always greet you and they always ask if I found every that I was looking for. It’s a pretty a big store with multiple brands of GOOD quality hair, which is rare. Also they always change up their wig selection which is cool because they always have something new. Good customer service in my opinion 😊 I’ll be coming back for sure!!

I was looking for good customer service since I wasn’t getting it at the other store that I was going to in my neighborhood. So when I walked in and asked the girl for help, please forgive me I forget her name but she was amazing. She jumped right into helping me to make sure I got everything I needed. I will even say that when I was going to just spend money because I was so excited of all the nice things in the store she told me to remember my budget and I appreciated her for that because she wasn’t trying to take my money she was just trying to give me what I needed. I bought weave and I bought the tools to actually make my own wig.I definitely would shop there it’s clean it’s safe they’re taking all the Covid protection. The sales were amazing and you can get things that other people don’t have. The hair is real and it’s fresh and it doesn’t smell when it comes out the package. It’s the best place to get your hair.

I love all of his products. Has the best of the best products in the burgh. Only place I go to get my nose rings.
