Fellinis Pizzeria

It’s been awhile since we’ve had their pizza. Ordered today and it was amazing. Cooked perfect and just the right amount of topping! Chefs Kiss!

So, we have been long time customers of Fellini's since 2016. Always great food and customer service but honestly in the past year, things have declined.

First off, my wife and I call the Monroeville store to place an order and the lady who answers is always miserable and sounds like she hates her job. I get customer service is difficult but you have to try to be pleasant and if you don't like your job, then quit. We still ordered.

Then within the past few months when we order;

The first time, they were an hour late, the food was cold and the fries were just regular, not the seasoned ones I ordered. My wife's Hawaiian pizza had red sauce not the garlic she requested and my wings were not seasoned with dry habanero.

The next time was similar, they came an hour and a half late, my burger was undercooked and same with my wife's pizza and again, the wrong fries.

THIRD TIME, same thing only this time I called when it was going on 2 hours!!! The lady said "It just left." Ok, I get things happen, an order is dropped on the floor or you get busy but UPDATE THE CUSTOMER. My wife complained and we got $30 toward our next order.

Four times a charm? No. Same as last time, I called and they said the girl left with our order. The girl calls me and said she was here with our food. I looked outside and no one was there. She went to the wrong STREET not DRIVE. We ordered at 6:45 when I got home from work. We had our food by 10:00!!! LIKE REALLY?! The food was cold, the chicken wasn't garlic at all, my wife's calzone had pepperoni and she requested just cheese and again, the wrong fries.

I'm done with Fellini's in Monroeville.
My wife gave them another chance today but at her work.

They delivered. The Hawaiian pizza had red sauce not garlic as she requested and the pizza was soggy and the pineapples tasted off. Only her mozzarella sticks were ok.

We are done with Fellini's in Monroeville and have no desire to try the other ones. We ordered from Stockman's. They're cheaper and better quality foods.

Fellini's reaches out to us and made things right. They gave us a free meal on the house and assured us things would get better at this location and they really have. The food comes on time now and it taste like it did before! 5 stars!

Found this place after being disappointed by yet another pizza place. It's awesome. Best pepperoni in the area! Live the chicken parm hoagie and the wings. Prices are reasonable and the service is always great.

Awesome food and very awesome manager who took our order. They delivered in a timely matter. The calazones were bomb!! I highly recommend..

I don't give "fluff" reviews. Just had an order from Fellini's, Monroeville. I'm very full but thinking about the food has me drooling again. The steak fries are FREAKING AMAZING! Very filling, lotsa meat, good cheese. The best french fry/meat combo I've ever had. Not exaggerating. Darn it, slobbered on my keyboard. One sec.. Ok, back to the review. As I was saying, start off w. the steak fries. then have the steak fries for the 2nd course. OOH for dessert, try the steak fries! In case ya can't tell, I love the steak fries! Subs are good, pizza is ALWAYS good. They're doing it right!

Ordered online. Food arrived 20 minutes earlier than I expected. Steak hoagie was exactly what I'd hoped for. Whole wings were awesome. My 3 year old loved the chicken fingers and fries. Will be ordering again.

The pizza here was pretty good. We slammed them early with a larger order and they got it done in excellent time. Bread sticks were yummy too

I just want to say thank you!!! Last night I came in to get my pizza about an hour late because my children and I were in a fender bender on the way there. The staff was so nice and generous!!! It was greatly appreciated. This was our first time ordering and we loved the pizza!!!

We order from here all the time. Really nice customer service and delivery people. Plus really great food! Highly recommend ☺

I always order reg buffalo, and unlike most places. Theres plenty of sauce on them, your on your last wing and there's still a puddle of sauce in the container...i like that!!

Best little deli and they have all Boars head meat! Their sandwiches while look pricey (the sandwiches aren't small) you really get more than what you pay for. The sandwiches are huge like you may not be able to eat a whole hoagie. Great staff great food definitely a place I recommend coming out to try.

The staff was incredibly nice and courteous. Pizzas were done quickly and to order. If you're looking for the deli that's attached, it is closed! Owner hasn't removed the sign. Very tasty pizza!!

I’ve been ordering pizza from here since I moved to Monroeville and it’s my favorite pizza in the area hands down. I’m not sure about everything else but the pizza is 🔥! Also I just ordered a pie tonight and no lie, my food was here in like 25 minutes. That’s A-1?in my book!

This place has some of the best sandwiches in the area. Great bread made fresh every morning and they really pile on the meat. I'm a big guy and even I had a hard time putting down on of their signature sandwiches. If you're in the area check it out.

This is my new favorite pizza place. Pizza is delicious and reasonably priced. We love the hoagies too!
