My first visit here and the staff were super helpful and very friendly! They provided my daughter and husband with cool bottles of water and comfort while I shopped. It is a little pricey, but the clothing is so nice! I purchased a very nice buttery soft pullover and a Pittsburgh Vineyard Vines long sleeve tee that was made to look like the American flag! Two of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe. It always worth a look as they do have decent sales!

Great clothes, friendly service. High prices. $42 for a t-shirt. They are made from the softest cotton, but still... that's a lot for a tee.

Prices are a little pricey but I don't mind shopping clearance. I like good quality clothes ane you have a extremely nice store.

Walked in on a dead Monday night. Literally the only customers. 4 employees by the cash wrap staining at their phones and talking amongst themselves. walked the entire Men's department 4 times and maybe 10 minutes in was greeted with a one syllable "hi." My partner was with me for my birthday and would have bought whatever I wanted. Left empty handed on principal. As we were walking out asked "still doing ok?" We've both worked retail. She still does. Would have been written up for that type of service. I own a decent amount of this brand. Don't mind spending the money. Can even fend for myself for the most part, having been a Men's store manager before. But I'll not drop a cent where I feel like I'm a burden just by existing in the presence of someone getting paid to do nothing, yet alone 4 of them.

This is the worst customer services I ever experienced ever. I will never buy anything from this store ever again
