Double Wide Grill

We had an amazing time at Double Wide Grille in Pittsburgh! Their dog-friendly patio and special “Doggie Menu” made it such a delightful experience for our furry companions. The fact that they cater to our four-legged friends was a big plus for us. And let’s talk about the food – it was absolutely divine! The flavors and presentation were top-notch, leaving us thoroughly impressed. A definite 5-star experience that we can’t wait to repeat!

Double wide grill is a carnivore's paradise! The grill and brisket are exceptional, with melt-in-your-mouth flavors that will leave you wanting more. The attentive service and inviting ambiance make it a must-visit for meat lovers.

Hands down would recommend this to anyone on the South Side. The service was so fast and all the staff are super friendly. The outdoor seating area is very chill and VERY dog friendly which I love. And the food was of course above and beyond. Will definitely be back as this is one of my favorite restaurants I've found in Pittsburgh.

Always have a good meal here. Interesting menu choices and enough vegetarian and vegan choices that you can bring people who choose that to this place.

We chose to sit outside, but there is ample I door seating as well. An average of 25 per person is not too bad considering we had beers along with the food.

Really yummy bbq! Everything is good + I’ve never had to wait for a table! Highly Recommend! Reasonable prices + wait times are low

This place was amazing. It had 2 full pages of vegan and vegetarian options! The menu was full of amazing items for everyone in my group to enjoy. The restaurant has a cool garage feel with a sweet truck bar. Pinball games and tons of room for large parties. They have outside seating when the weather is nice. This place is a must try!

I am vegan and love double-wide. They have changed the items over the years but relatively have stayed the same. They do have a full vegan menu and I always enjoy the food I get! The Aloha burger with the lentil patty is seriously one of my favs! Oh and it's dog friendly and they have a dog menu! 😍

Great food with a wide variety of choices from serious BBQ to vegan.

Went there for lunch today with people from Anne 75 to 4 months, with diets ranging from vegetarian to full-on carnivore. We all left satisfied.

This photo isn’t the greatest, but I almost devoured everything before I realised I wanted to give the review they deserve... I can’t wait to try more of this menu. Awesome, flavourful, not soupy, house-made cole slaw (that is so easy to mess up). Great fries- not too greasy- and so many vegetarian/vegan options. Our waitress was so helpful & mindful with our allergies, making sure to note keeping certain things off of our order, and getting the name of the rub they use for us. All of the staff was helpful through closing while being productive with their own tasks. The bathrooms were clean & plenty of distanced seating. There’s a beer for all tastes, their salads are well-dressed & so tasteful... I can’t say enough good things. I’m very impressed & excited to try this whole menu. Especially dessert, if i can leave room 😛

I love coming here. It’s one of my favorite restaurants to go to in south side. They have a large and diverse menu. They even have vegan options! The best part-YOU CAN BRING YOUR DOG! If you would rather not sit near dogs, they do have their own separate seating. Seating is offered inside and outside.

I got the lentil burger it was great! Food was very fresh! Would definitely go back when I'm in town.
Vegan and vegetarian options are great there is a separate section on the menu for them.

This place has a really fun atmosphere, especially when the sun is out! I ordered the seitan cheesesteak with friends and it was pretty good. I was surprised by the BBQ sauce, and for a vegan cheesesteak it’s definitely yummy and filling, but not the very best i’ve ever had. I definitely want to try some other plant-based menu items and it’s awesome that there is such a variety! This would also be a fun place for a drink with friends or a date. I will definitely come back.

Good brunch food. The biggest plus for me is the outdoor seatings. When the weather is nice it feels so good sit here and relax. People here are also really friendly.

I used to frequent this location often but haven't been there in a while. We decided to stop in for lunch today. The wait staff was super attentive and nice. The food was great and portions were large. Thank you for making my birthday lunch special.

Sat on the outdoor patio with my family. Had the strawberry and goat cheese salad and their new recipe for balsamic vinaigrette. Consistently great!

Anytime I eat here it’s always amazing! The seitan wings are fantastic, and they give great options for both vegans and non vegans. The people are really nice there. Will be back for sure!

Carlton made the best sandwich ive ever had. Period. I demanded to meet the chef that made this CUBAN. Well i didnt demand it but the waiter happily brought him out bc of how it made his day to hear that how crazy I was about it. I savored every bite, and tipped well enough for both of them to have a couple beers. First, ask if Carlton is working. Then order the cuban w sweet tater fries.

The waiter was the only one there serving that day, and he still gave us great service. The food was delicious, served quickly, and the frozen cocktail was so good. I would recommend for sure.
