AT&T Store

Both Dakota and Tyler (T) were very helpful and efficient with getting new phones, data switched from old to new phones and ensuring everything was working! Would recommend anyone visit them for an excellent experience

I don’t know if it was his fault or not, but a month after this visit, I went through a LOT in trying getting stuff off of my bill that I never approved. Be sure to double check before you leave or spend 4-6 months fighting with AT&T to correct it.

Terrill was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! He was kind, knowledgeable, and considerate. He made sure that everything was set before I left and was even able to add a discount to my bill that I was missing. Highly recommend this store!

Yesterday I was at the AT&T store on Center Avenue They were the nicest people to deal with. It was a refreshing experience.

My touchscreen stopped working and I was unable to unlock my screen, so I could not transfer information to my replacement. I first took my phone to the Penn Ave store and was told nothing could be done to access my information.
I wanted a second opinion, so I took it to the East Liberty store. The customer service was outstanding, but more importantly, Dakota was able to access my phone, retrieve and transfer my memories and notes.
Dakota is very knowledgeable, so if something happens to your phone take it to the East Liberty store!

PJ and Dakota were both helpful and kind when I brought them my new phone that wasn’t working. They were very very patient and helpful. PJ specifically helped me set up my whole iPhone despite many roadblocks, he got it done for me! I’m very appreciative of them and I hope they both work here for a very long time!

Excellent service. I had to visit the store multiple times because of a complicated issue. Terrill and Scott helped me out and they've been so patient, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. They're experienced, so they really know what's best for their customer. My friend had an issue that was taking forever to deal with via customer service but got his issue figured out in no time when he visited this store.

They were great. The best representation of your company I could ever ask for. The staff was so polite and actually were able to not only help me with getting set up with your company but did their best to save me some money as well. I would recommend anyone to this store in particular.

I recently was in the Center ave Pittsburgh AT&T for a phone upgrade. Tiana* and Terrell*** were nothing short of amazing and what made my experience at the store such an enjoyable time. Despite the process taking at least two hours Tiana* was extremely; knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and personable throughly the entire experience. Terrell* was just the same despite not being my direct sales person. Both of them went above and beyond their job responsibilities, and work as a true team during that time, in making sure my entire trade in process was complete despite the process going just past closing. can’t thank them both enough, they are both an extremely valuable asset to the AT&T brand.

Last year, I would like to port my Mint phone to AT&T but met some technique problems. I could not activate the number online, and the agency on the phone provided no help. A manager in this store, Mr. Scott, made many phone calls to different AT&T departments related to the prepaid plan and helped me solve the issue at least. Without his kindness, perseverance, and dedication to the work with the best ability, without his familiarity with AT&T prepaid agency, I could not get the prepaid plan with my old number and enjoyed the convenience. I would like to express my most significant appreciation to Mr. Scott.

Tyler was awesome. Very knowledgeable and patient. Had a hard time syncing my new iPhone with my laptop so I could install the backup of my old phone. We worked through it over two days and it works fine now. I was really expecting him to tell me this was an Apple problem and send me on my way but he didn't. Management - You've got to have two people at the store on the weekend! Some of us only have time to go during the weekend. Thanks!

The customer service at this location is impeccable. Amir helped me with a new cover for my new iPhone and went above and beyond to make my day after having a big issue at another retailer. I will definitely be back to this location because of the stellar customer service. Highly recommend!

Terrill went above and beyond for me today! He set up my iPhone completely with my Apple ID, and transferred all off my android information! Also he helped me out with Bluetooth headphones, and a protective case! Terrill, and the manager Amir really are a huge help! Excellent service without question. Went above and beyond!!!

Scott was fantastic and did in less than 5 minutes that a team leader took 2 hours leaving me without a functional number.
Don’t pay someone who takes 5 minutes so do something but the experience that allows them to do that job in 5 minutes

I had an issue that ATT telephone support was unable to solve over a 45 minute conversation. I called to check store hours, and the gent suggested that he let me look into something before making the trip, and then he proceeded to solve my issue in about five minutes.

Above and beyond customer service. Very impressed.

Walked in to get an upgrade and the salesperson was so helpful and persuasive I walked out with 2 new lines, a new Iphone and a new gleeful hope for humanity. The service at this store is top notch and cleaner than a hospital OR. My nips are hard for AT&T.
