Called and mad an appointment for a spray in bed liner for my truck. They explained what it does and does not do, made an appointment promptly and made the entire process very easy. This appears to be a high quality product and it was applied well. They warrant this work for the lifetime of the truck. I am overall happy with my experience here.

The experience was a breeze, everyone was very nice, the work was done timely and the undercoating/rustproofing looks great. I highly recommend using these guys, to protect your vehicle.

We had undercoating, remote start, and other things installed on our truck there. We even added something at the last minute to our plan and they did it free of charge that same day. Their work is efficient and very reasonably price, and the guys that work there are all really nice! Highly recommend calling these guys first!

I bought a 2008 Ford Ranger that i wanted to keep in good condition for a long time. Rather than going through the hassle of washing and waxing it every three months I had read about the Diamond Gloss coating from Ziebart on line and figured a once a year investment would protect the finish and save me a lot of time. The staff were always professional, knowledgeable and I can honestly say that after owning the truck for 7 years that the finish looks just as good now as it did when i first had it applied.

They did a great job rust protecting my truck at ziebart. Jim and the crew were very pleasent and helpful. If you need transportation while they coat your car they will provide that as well, back and forth.

I looked around for deals on car starters for a while before contacting Ziebart. I have an Audi so standard starters don't work with my car. Initially, when I dropped my car off and Ziebart they unfortunately didn't have the specific part needed for my car and had to order it in. Eric at Ziebart called me right away, was extremely professional, explained the situation and assured me he'd call me right away when the part came in to reschedule. He did exactly that, I dropped it off the next week and Ziebart installed it. Not only was he extremely polite and professional the entire time but Ziebart was extremely accommodating overall (I work 8-5 which is when they open/close so it was nice that they were able to help me out). I would recommend them hands down. Not to mention the cost of the starter on my Audi was about $200 less than the next location and I was able to keep both sets of keys (initially Ziebart and other companies thought I'd have to permanently keep a key wired in (?) but Ziebart was able to order a part that bi-passed this).

I just want to say how impressed i was with Ziebart in Shaler, we had dealings with Ziebart years ago at another location and left very unhappy - we wanted running boards put on on son's truck and decided to give this location a try -1st i want to say how nice they look our son loves them, 2nd the guy that installed them Jim was great to work with very nice, professional and helpful.
