MMG Crossfit

It was a great experience. My first time doing crossfit was at MMG Crossfit. It was really nice, spacious, and a great environment. Robert really breaks everything down, especially for first timers. He went over what crossfit is, what each term on the board meant, how to properly do each exercise, etc. He's very knowledgeable and knows how to accommodate workouts to each person.If you're trying to sweat like crazy and have a great workout, come to MMG Crossfit!

The atmosphere is friendly, the workouts are fun yet challenging and the coaches are awesome.
Best thing about the gym is Robert, the owner. He is a friendly guy driven by a genuine cause to serve those who have served us. 10/10 all around.

I was referred to MMG cross fit's class by a friend, and I must say I am so glad that I gave it a shot! I currently have a gym membership and I am considering cancelling and dedicating my workout time to strictly cross fit because having a professional trainer guide and challenge me makes me feel so accomplished at the end of my workout. This class helps you work out your entire body and is so judgement free! Definitely recommend

We decided to try the kids summer program for my 3 boys due to its convenient location for us. We have been extremely pleased with the workouts that Robert put together for my teens and they have really had to work hard but have nothing but positive things to say about Robert and the staff!
