Always love the atmosphere in the stores. The staff is always very courteous and professional. I love that they are very helpful and if they don't have a merchandise, in the store itself, they will go as far as searching for it, and they will let you know what stores in the area carries the item. Even, if it's not a Fine Wine and Good Spirits store. I will always return, especially, to buy stuff for my husband.

They have a huge selection and a bunch of gift packs that are priced at shelf price. So you basically buy the liquor and get a glass or two for free

How could you NOT give the liquor store 5 stars

Great selection. Always well stocked. People wear masks and generally follow distancing guidelines. They have instant chill to chill any bottle from the shelf. Also have refrigerated selection of popular items. Checkout lines can be long on busy days. Also have call ahead orders and curbside pick up.

First time, today, that the cashier, was kind of like " I don't want to work, can you pay and leave haha" never have that experience before. But the nice gentleman stocking the bottles was so kind, helpful and nice. Like all the staff in almost all of the stores that I have visited. Thanks though 😊

One of the better selections in Berks County. Friendly employees compared to a few other local stores and very clean.

Great selection and very friendly/knowledgeable staff. Decent prices with many items om sale. Nice curated wine selection. Please don't ever go on December 31st unless it is an emergency!

If you don't want to go into the city, this store has everything you're looking for and even things you didn't know about. Even has a beautiful body of water outside and we never knew it was there. Beautiful to just look at. I'll post pics next time were out there. You will not believe it.

Its wine and spirits. No complaints. If you can't find what you want, ask they are more than willing to help.

Was asked to wait at the door, capacity was reached. Carts were "cleaned", stock was good, but cashier did not know what Beaujolais Nouveau was. Fortunately the woman in charge did and pulled a unit for me while I paid. Nice store, a shame tastings are not permitted at this time.
