Best Western West Lebanon- Hanover Hotel

the staff was super helpful. the room was up to date and was very clean. I would recommend staying here and I'd stay here again as well. The room rates are extremely reasonable. Although during Dartmouth college graduation the rates get higher as due to supply and demand. Very comfortable and inviting.

This was the best hotel chain room we've ever had. The foyer and reception was beautifully clean and fresh with attractive, contemporary furnishings.

Our room was equally attractive. It is such a delight to have a hotel that has freed itself of the drab, dark, dingy browns usually experienced in chain hotels.

The breakfast was superb. There's cereals, juices, assorted breads and bagels, scrambled eggs, flat sausage, and a gadget that made fresh pancakes.
Vincent on the front desk was very helpful and efficient.
Around the hotel the grounds are nicely maintained with mature trees. The hotel feels nicely secluded where it is tucked down below the road and surrounded by trees.

The one thing that could be improved upon is the lack of signage.
At the bottom of the hill the sign is small and dwarfed below the big red Fireside inn sign. Then again, at the hotel entrance, there isn't anything to point out the entrance. This was particularly awkward in the dark and where the hotel is disguised by trees.
If I wasn't using satnav, I would easily have missed both the turn off the highway and into the hotel.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. We stay in a lot of different hotels for work and this one has been the best one so far. Highly recommend it and we will definitely be back. Thanks so much.

One of the best Best Westerns I stayed at, and I've stayed in over 15 in the past 15 years across the country. Very clean, even just a day after a baseball team of kids stayed there. Short drive away from the main street so no noise pollution or car horns blaring. Friendly helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is super clean and fresh! My wife LOVED LOVED LOVED the automated pancake machine! No spills no mess made fresh right before your eyes. But the Parfait machine to make your own layered parfait was awesome and fun to do, we felt like kids in a candy shop!
Now the low point. Well, not much really a low or much to say, views are limited due to trees but it's NH/VT, there are alot of trees everywhere. I like looking out into a forest, on upper floors for best view tree tops, hills and mountains. The only minus and its slight but most of the other Best Westerns had welcome bag with waters, fruit and granola or local snack sample of the area, this one you get just water.

I was very surprised at how much I liked this hotel. The minute I walked in, I could smell how clean it was, that's a plus. At first, I was concerned about the noise factor from the nearby airport and train. We couldn't hear a thing from our room. We will definitely be back. Oh plus plenty of restaurants and stores close by.

I was driving late tired and had to make a stop for the night. Luckily in my search I found this Best Western location. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was spotlessly clean and everything appeared to be brand new. The breakfast area was clean and well-stocked. The hotel is well-built concrete you don't hear any noise. 2 minutes off of Interstate 89.

Really pleased with the room got the king size bed it's not a very large room but it's super clean very modern nice.

Cons

My ac thinks my room in 55° so it wouldn't work only ran for a few minutes. In room 216.

Lights are bright white like an office. Giving off light that keeps a person awake. Definitely need to replace with 2700k soft white. Sunlight bulbs not cutting it.

Other than that coffee is great and love the staff and how clean everything is. Definitely worth the money. Would recommend.

Oh yeah got a good laugh out of there stop sign! It is the size of a small dinner plate.

Best Western is moving on up. This location was clean and chic. From a swift check-in to a functional gym. Carpet in hall and stairs could use cleaning. Otherwise every was impressive. I walked from airport to here as it was less then a mile and a beautiful walk along flowered hills in area. There is an array of teas in an immaculate dining area. This area dubs as a lounge of sorts with TV, magazines and area guide booklets. Receptionist was very helpful. Room was great. I like the extra towels under sink ! Decor was modern with attractive colors lighting. The auto night light in bathroom was a plus. Didn't have breakfast here but did see the fixings were good with a pancake machine. BTW, you can walk to shopping area down road from here as well. Ability to get a taxi in this part of N.H. is dim.
Would return and recommend.

This was my best experience on my road trip. Make me felt like at home country.Alex at the reception desk is excellent. He like a friend gave a big welcome. The hotel is very clean, cozy and quiet and perfect location in this area. Iiving here seems like live in a national park.Love this hotel. Highly recommend.

I stayed at this hotel before as well. It's super clean, bed is comfortable, food is excellent, everything is great!!

I was pleasantly surprised with how helpful the staff was and how nice the room was. Everything was clean and the room was spacious. Better than I thought a best Western would be. We would definitely stay here again. The complimentary breakfast was a grab and go with apples, oranges, nutrigrain bars, and yogurt. Not super exciting but not terrible.

I stayed there a couple weeks ago with my husband. We llked the place, room was clean, breakfast delicious, breakfast area was perfectly clean. Front desk manager Alex was very helpful and informative. I would definitely come back !

The hotel staff was FANTASTIC!!! We would love to thank the hotel staff for being so accommodating to our family during my daughter's birthday. I was far away and had even travelling for months and my wife and children came to visit and they were very helpful with local suggestions for food and entertainment. Breakfast was good as well. Thank for your hospitality!!!!!

We stayed here to be closer to the hospital. The room was nice and clean and did not have any strange odors which has been the case at some places we have stayed in the past. There is a nice size refrigerator with a small freezer, too. Also a microwave. I always look for places with these two things. Because of the Covid-19 virus the breakfast is simplified but there is a nice lady to get what you want for you. The only item you get yourself is coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. There is a little one cup coffee pot in the room. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. When we have to come back to Dartmouth hospital we will stay here again. Sorry, I did not take pictures this trip. Maybe next time.

This is a very nice hotel plus I had to stay here because of my eye surgery. We didn't want to travel 1 hrs back home and 1 hr back to the hospital for the next day. The room we stayed at was very nice and the front desk woman was very kind too. Plus what nice about having hotels is if u have medical issues or having surgery at Dartmouth, and don't want to travel far back home, the hotels and this one of course give you hospital discount which is very helpful if you need to stay over due to hospital issues or operation. I would recommend this hotel. I rate this 5/5! 😊 😃

Very clean hotel, friendly and professional staff, nice clean outdoor pool. Located in a quiet area right outside of Vermont. Good for being closed to camping and tourist attractions. Prices are fair and includes complementary breakfast.

Nice large facility offering single rooms and suites! Prices vary via day of the week, however, they are reasonable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Quiet location near Lebanon, NH Airport.
