I would give this store a 3.5 stars for selection, however I gave it 5 stars because of the superb customer service. The associate Damien was very polite, helpful, asked if I needed help only when I arrived and once when I was standing looking at a product for a long time. He wasn't overbearing and didn't ask me if I needed something every 5 seconds! Which to me is great!

This place is severely understaffed and there's only one poor guy that works here, resulting in flaky hours.

Store is neat and clean.

The one employee is phenomenal, but GNC needs to get their act together and hire more people at a competitive wage.

Almost never open after district manager convinced me to buy a membership, although when they are open they are generous with the free samples of preworkout and protein powder

Bought something online to pick up in store.. gone to the store for 2 days during posted business hours to pick up my order and the lights are off and doors are locked, tried to call and the phone is off the hook. Don’t bother wasting your time driving here, call first or better yet buy from somewhere else because shipping would be faster.

Decent product selection however store is never open. It’s impossible to get in touch with anyone to find out if they’re even open or not because the phone is always off the hook. This location really gives GNC a bad rep coming from someone who has spent thousands at the Concord, NH location.

I’ve driven there multiple times and they are always closed when they say open so I’m just going to order my products on Amazon instead

Looks like a good place full of products but I had my items on the counter for 5 minutes while walking around making noise but the employee was out back fast-forwarding through a video that I could hear so I left with nothing.
