I have fibromyalgia and a few other issues going on. I'm a little hunched over and walk with a cane. I had done plenty of online research before and during my visits to the dealerships. I knew what price range and options I wanted but was not 100% stuck on a brand.

Several dealerships, including other Chevrolet outlets let me walk their lot and showrooms without approaching me.

Brett came out to greet me, got me to sit in the car and see how it drives. He didn't treat me like I didn't have two coins to rub together like other places did.

When he started to close the sale he did seem surprised when I said yes so early in the process. I was in sales all my life. I managed and I trained others in my career.

I like how Brett followed his dealerships closing procedures but also talked to me like I was a human being during the process.

Thank you for everything, I love my new Trax, Chevrolet has really elevated this model for 2024.

I had a scheduled a wait time appointment for and oil change. When my plans changed and I could not wait, I dropped my truck off a half hour early. The had me put the truck in the line up bay and we’re going to keep someone from going to lunch to accommodate me. I informed them about my change in plans and was pleased with how they tried to minimize my wait. I have had many pleasant service appointments through the life of this truck that I bought from them.

Very professional service, Robert helped me find a great car that matched my specifications within minutes. While pressured to stay and sign i was able to walk away, continue comparison shopping in Berks County and was pleased to receive the same great, car, deal, and service when i returned that same day to secure my Single-owner, low mileage, 2016 Chevy Equinox! Conversly, i was appauled by the service i received elsewhere in Berks County.

I showed up early Saturday (4-20-24) morning without an appointment and Lauren was very clear on the explanation that it would be a while because of me not making a scheduled time, that they would do what they can to accommodate me!
It might have been an hour later that they completed the service on our vehicle!

I was treated very well. On Saturday, I came into the service center with a tire that was leaking air badly. I was informed that it was not the tire, but the rim that it was on. Meranda, the manager, ordered the part immediately, and sent the request in on Monday. The part came in on Tuesday and it was fixed in no time at all. I received a call in the morning that it was done and they sent a driver to my home to get me as they had allowed me to keep my car there overnight! Great service!

I bought a used vehicle from Bob Fisher Chevrolet last week and was very pleased with the experience. I've dealt with many terrible dealers before, and this was one of the least painful I've been to. My salesman Robert was very informative and responsive to all of my questions and requests, the sales manager Dave was friendly, and the finance manager Kevin was fun to talk to. They worked with me to get it to a price I could afford, and didn't include frivolous extras.

There were several mechanical issues with the vehicle before I picked it up, and the team at Bob Fisher was very clear that they were going to make sure they were selling me a fully-functioning machine. I was impressed at the speed with which they performed the repairs, the level of communication I received throughout the process, and accommodations they made for me while I waited for my truck.

In the last week I've put several hundred miles on it, towed a trailer for a day, and taken it offroading briefly, and it's performed beautifully. I'm very happy with the vehicle and would recommend Bob Fisher to anyone looking for a customer service-oriented dealer.

Edit 3 months later: one of the parts they replaced before I bought the car went bad recently. I called the service center yesterday to file a warranty claim and now 16 hours later, my car is fully functional, and I didn't pay a dime. Another positive experience with Bob Fisher!
