I moved to Pittsburgh 3 years ago and have used a different shop every time I needed work done. Just got my car back from Justin at Pons, and finally found the place to take our cars. He accommodated the tow truck well, gave me an accurate quote, was very knowledgeable, and cleaned the engine compartment meticulously. I had the car back in a day. Highly recommend Pons.

Had a great experience getting the spark plugs in my sedan replaced. The folks at Pons were able to get me in the morning after I called, and they did a great job for an agreeable price. Communicative and knowledgeable mechanics that I will return to for my future auto service needs.

Pons is like having a friendly small town shop in the middle of the city. Unfortunately my car was totaled in the middle of the night - rear ended on Beechwood. Lenny, the tow truck operator, checked on my car for the next several hours so he could tell me what happened. He was incredibly friendly and informative - I would've been in the dark if it wasn't for him. I had 24/7 access to my car while it was at Pons. Incredibly great experience and I couldn't give a better review.

Excellent service and communication. Chris is easy to work with and get gets the job done when he says it will be done. Very fair price. Plus, if you need to take the bus home, it's close to a few routes between Oakland, Hazelwood, and Downtown.

A big five star! I recently purchased a car off the Pons team, They were off The charts in not only helping to get financing getting the car, spic and span and ready to roll. All the boys down the shop are super helpful very knowledgeable , and very trustworthy. I would recommend them to everybody and feel quite comfortable with that. For all your Auto needs, it’s Pons.!

I recently moved to Greenfield and when my car wouldn't start this Sunday my neighbors promised me Pons was great. They were extremely right. Pons was closed, but Justin started texting me on Sunday after I left a voicemail to reassure me and let me know about availability. After a bunch of maintenance issues, clear communication, and no upselling or speaking down to me, car was finished quickly and with a lot of care. Justin even washed ithe car at no cost after a sparrow had a bit of an obsession with it the week before. Cannot recommend Pons enough, extremely grateful a wonderful garage is right down the street from me!

Highly recommend for any car service. Extremely knowledgeable and fast service. Also loved that he kept me updated from the second he started to work on my vehicle in the morning and throughout the day with videos and pictures to my cell of all work being done. If you’re reading this then just go here. You will be very happy that you did.

Brought my car in for the first time and was very impressed. Service was very fast, price was very fair and the problem the car was having seems totally solved. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

I am not from here and wasn’t familiar with any of the mechanics in the area, but when my car was giving me trouble Pons was incredibly helpful! Super nice guys, will definitely be taking my car here in the future for any of my car needs.

My work car broke down and i had no clue what i was going to do. Didnt really have the money for a new transmission. Spoke with Justin and he recommended a salvage yard. He was right they had it and was able to deliver to his shop. He got me in and out in 2 days. Totally recommend for any and all auto services and repair

Pon’s was SO helpful and got me in and out in time to go home for Christmas. I also was sick so their help coming to get my car and jump it was such a lifesaver. They answered all my questions with patience & called to check in when they found things wrong and gave me prices each time. I felt they were transparent, proactive, and friendly. Chris is amazing!! I needed body work done to my car and was on a 5 day time crunch due to moving out of the state. He took my car in and got it done in 2 days!! AND it looks absolutely phenomenal. I highly suggest coming here for any of your auto needs. You will not leave disappointed. Chris, thank you for accommodating to my needs and leaving me with a positive experience.

Justin and his team were absolutely phenomenal! I was going in for my yearly car inspection and had some suspicions about my car but ignored them just because it was my first time going to them. Not only did he quickly call me and notifying me of the issues but his prices for everything were the cheapest compared to other auto service in the Pittsburgh area. Moving here from New York is definitely different and it was hard to trust someone very quickly. Justin and his team assured me of everything and they finished everything in a matter of 3 hours. I finally found someone I can trust in Pittsburgh. Dont hesitate bringing your car here, just do it.

Justin and Josh at pons auto service are top notch, they replaced the rear differential on my 300 and without asking made it look newer than the car. They go above and beyond for their customers. Couldn't ask for better knowledgeable mechanics that actually care about their customers

After receiving an estimate from my dealership regarding a number of needed repairs, the folks at Pons provided an estimate hundreds of dollars under and also eventually determined that one of the repairs was not necessary. I appreciate their honesty and will definitely be using them again! Thanks guys!
