Went to Fiori’s for the first time and had a great experience. Easy, friendly, honest, great communication, professional, reasonable prices, highly recommend!

Backstory, I went to Fiori’s to get a second opinion. The other place was going to charge me over double what Fiori’s charged me for the same work. I am very satisfied with Fiori’s and will be back for all my vehicle needs.

I'm a Mom that had to get my daughters car fixed for her, fit me in on a moments notice. Knowing I'm not getting ripped off gives such peace of mind. Women do not be afraid to take your car there.

Fioris is honest fast and reliable. Vince is always willing to work with you. He doesn’t try to convince you to get work don’t that you don’t want done or it doesn’t need done. He looks at every person as a human and treats them as one. I will never go to anyone else. I highly recommend Fioris!

I’m in the area from out of state . Stuck with no tools and just waiting to hear from a shop on how they are gonna gouge my eyes out because I’m from out of town. This place was fair , fast , and extremely friendly . They let me know that I had a few other issues with my vehicle but didn’t try to force me to get it repaired right then and there . Vince is the mechanic everyone needs. He fixes what needs repaired, and tells you what can wait or doesn't need done. I've taken many cars to him over the years for big and small jobs. Absolutely the best!

Fiori's fixed an issue on my car that the dealership was going to charged three times more for. Plus he fixed it in about 3 hours and I had the car back with no issues the same day. I will continue to bring my cars here for servicing.

Vince and his crew, Brian especially, are great! Incredibly reasonable estimates and prices, plus the work done has always held up. I always feel very secure going there, knowing they are very trustworthy, and won't quote me repairs that aren't necessary. Just like Jerry Seinfeld said, a good mechanic is priceless. First time going to Fiori's and will 100% always be a customer. Everyone was incredibly friendly and I was in and out in under a half hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Very fair prices and its close to home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone nearby tbat needs a fair and honest mechanic. Also as a women going alone you never know what stuff others will pull. Never had to worry about this, they treated me like everyone else and I felt extremely comfortable there.

They do a good job. They seem fair and honest. Their prices for brakes weren't too bad. I almost always do brakes myself but I was in a pinch and was pleased with the quoted price.

I continue to go there for inspections and would use them for repair when necessary.

My family has been going to Vince for awhile now and I sincerely trust him! He always fits me in even though I know he’s very busy. If I tell him I need my vehicle done by a certain time he always tries to complete the work when I need it. He is very honest and him and his guys do great work for a very responsible price.

This is the best place to take your car in all of Penn Hills! I have taken my car here twice, and both times I have received exceptional service. The first time was for a regular inspection. I just moved to Penn Hills in October 2017, so I needed somewhere close to take my car. The most recent time I really felt that I got the VIP treatment. I called panicking, because my brakes were making horrible crunching sounds. I was taking my four month old to the pediatrician, so I was especially nervous, because she was in the car with me. They told me they couldn't get me in for six days, because they were so busy and backed up, but they would squeeze me in to at least look the car. Of course it was bad news, and the car was not safe at all to drive until the brakes were replaced. I told my husband that he would have to walk to work. They surprised me by getting my car done the same night so that neither me nor my husband would have to call off or walk to work. This is a great local business with fairly priced work, and they really treat you like you're a person instead of like you're there for profit. I am happy to support this local business any time, and will continue to take my car to Fiori's any time I have maintenance, inspection or any car problems. I really know I can count on them!!! They are WONDERFUL!

Vince has been doing my cars for 25 years, now. Always GREAT WORK, GREAT PRICES & you even get a laugh or two while you're there! If you're leery of dealers & other repair shops THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. Vince is honest & will tell you what you need without padding the bill! Gets an A+ in my book!

I've been using Fiori's auto for 20 years now and highly recommend. The owner and staff are excellent! I have always felt very comfortable and trust Vince with any vehicle I have taken to him. Pricing is fair and work has always been done within a good timeframe. Any time I have had an issue, Fiori's has always been accommodating.

I went to Fiori’s to get my car inspected. They were super prompt, explained when there was an issue, and were upfront about the cost to fix it. It took a day to get my car back after the work was finished. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with them.
