My girl, Quinn,isn't the easiest to deal with but they always handle her with love and a smile!

Love this place always so kind and answers all our questions. They are so caring with our fur babies. They even comforted me when our cat had to have surgery ❤ our Pit bull went here first a day has been going since she was born which is why we take all our animals there. Her being a pit has that pitty sigma but they treated her like she was the big baby she is.

This was the first time we went to brush run veterinarian clinic with our chihuahua Fiona Dr Lancia exceeded every expectation from a doctor she told us that our girl had a 3/4 grade heart murmur and put her on medicine our old vet would've blown if off like they did with our chihuahua. That's why we are greartful to have Dr Lancia as our vet and the staff are awesome very compassionate and caring

All 3 of my dogs have been going here since we moved in 2003. They have provided excellent care during emergencies and regular appointments. They are kind and compassionate and answer any questions. When I had to lay my two dogs down, they left me time to grieve with my family. My 2 dogs lived to be 17 and 16. My dog at home is 13!

I can’t say enough Amazing comments about brush run and their treatment of our sweet Becca!!! We were at wits end with trying to find someone to help us as no vets had appts available and even the emergency vets were packed. Brush run brought us in, stayed late to perform a life saving surgery snd has since checked up on us and Becca over the next two weeks! She is now all better and alive thanks to them!!! Thanks for saving Becca’s life Dr. Foil and Nikki!!!!

Our elderly cat, Josie, was diagnosed with various health conditions this year. After many years of her being healthy, this, of course, was very upsetting and difficult. I contacted Brush Run after finding them through a Google search. Zoë was very kind and prompt in getting back to me, stating they would be happy to see Josie and take her as a patient. Dr. Foil was compassionate and honest, explaining everything thoroughly during each visit, never making us feel rushed. Zoë was fantastic at answering my many, many questions; she was always prompt, responsive and helpful with each communication as was the rest of the staff. Ultimately, when it was Josie’s time, Dr. Foil even called me after hours to talk to me and provide support as I was making the difficult decision. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for empathetic and top-notch care for their pet.

Thank you to all the Brush Run Staff, Dr. Sufrin, Dr. Volt and all the Vets and techs over the years that have played a part in maintaining the health of our cat. We had to say goodbye to 16 year old Kitty and we are grateful for all who cared for her.

Brush Run staff is excellent. They assisted when our dog started to have seizures and continued to follow up with his medication.
They listen and are very attentive to our big guy, an 80+ lb labradoodle.

The vet techs and doctors are absolutely awesome. We have cats and dogs we bring here and they have always made us feel comfortable bringing them in, whether it’s a yearly check up or something I’m worried about being an emergency (even though it’s usually not). They’re always responsive and have always made us feel like they’ve got all the time for the questions we have, even when we know it’s after their patient hours. I couldn’t imagine taking our little loved ones anywhere else!

Dr. Foil spent a long time ensuring I was informed of my cat's illness before putting him down. She went to the lengths of showing me an ultrasound to show me his tumor and reassured me nothing more could be done. She even stayed late and did a necropsy on him, confirming the presence of cancer. I know I did everything I could do, and so did they. Claire got me in an emergency appointment within a minute of my email. I am gutted and devastated but grateful for the excellent care and total peace of mind. I will not go anywhere else. They have gone above and beyond for us.

We moved to the area a few years ago and began our search for a local vet in 2020/2021. We decided on Brush Run based on local community feedback. We are glad we did. No "assembly line" medicine here. Brush Run was able to solve a feline chronic ear mite issue where two other previous Vets could not, initially treating in house with a plan for a specialist if needed. Not to soon after Brush Run began seeing our cats, Elvis, one of our cats, had a diabetic emergency and had to be seen at the emergency hospital after hours. Brush Run was able to coordinate and communicate Elvis's treatment throughout the weekend.
Brush Run is pretty tech savvy with text messaging, email, and a chat program to followup with after care questions.
Balancing great Veterinary care with a great "bedside manner" isn't easy but these folks do it well.
