Charleys Cheesesteaks

I've eaten here countless times while I'm at the mall. Food is always great (cheese steaks are large for the price, and their fries are as well (very good fries btw, try the ultimate fries). Service is always good and pretty fast, highly recommend if you're grabbing a bite at the mall.

The food is always so good. Never had to complain once in my years of coming here. All the employees are nice to you and ask you follow up questions. The manager helps their employees and is always so nice.

Been there 4 times, and they messed my order up two times. That's a 50% chance you'll get what you ordered. I said no peppers or onions and look It has peppers and onions. No cheese please. Oppps there's cheese. Also they just threw the cheese on after and didn't chop it up with the steak. This was a one star and now iys a five star. They got my order right two times in a row.

We have been to this place 2 times so far and it has been delicious both times. This is one of the best Philly Steaks we've had. It was extremely busy when we went and we had our food in a matter of a couple minutes. My wife and I love this place and will definitely be back. No complaints here.

Always a fantastic experience. The staff seems to have been there for a while and they’re always on top of their game. The manager is always superb and extremely friendly and welcoming. If you’re going to the Robinson Mall, this should be your only choice for food.

I fell in love with charleys almost 10 years ago. No complaints every time. Despite my favorite shop isn't around anymore. This one showed me great services as well. Always tip. Loves the food here!

I’m a supervisor at the mall and I usually go here for their fries 🍟 and hi c but I finally got around trying their steak 🥩 good thing I did it was bomb💣. Hell tomorrow I’m going to ask for bacon 🥓 on it.

So anyone on here complaining about food or service they are lying 🤥

I work in the mall and charlys is the bomb the cashier has great custmer servies skills kelly she treats everyone the same shes actully really good never rude the other crew is nice as well they speak spainsh so dont under stand really well but there all so nice
