I went originally for breakfast and got the pancakes they were delicious. This happened about 3 months ago and I'm still dreaming about these pancakes.

Today I went for lunch. I got the cheeseburger and french fries. Delicious! I even heated up half my burger later in the day and it was still delicious.

I got the eggs Benedict and my friend for the Big Breakfast and both were delicious!

They got about 14 tables inside and a good size menu. Everything looked and smelled great.

The hashbrowns were very crunchy and the eggs were cooked good. I love the eggs Benedict since it has tomato and fresh avocado. My friend got a waffle with theirs and it was nice and crunchy/Belgian style.

They had a lot of salad and Sandwich option. I’m looking forward to coming back since I live nearby - awesome local breakfast/lunch spot.

A delicious breakfast !!! There is a very nice and friendly waitress/hostess and a cook. Everything is made to order so you do have to wait, but it’s worth it.

Great homemade breakfast. We got ham sandwiches and egg bacon on biscuits with homemade fries. Everything was delicious. It’s small with some parking in front. I’d definitely come here again in we are in the area.

I ordered a tomato and cheese omelette and it was the tastiest omelette I ever had!!! The eggs were so light and fluffy. I’m not sure what the chef did to make the tomatoes so tasty (perhaps fire roasted or like a tomato jam) but it was rocking my tastebuds! 🤤 The bacon was perfectly crispy, sausage was good (especially dipped in a little bit of syrup) and the sweet cream buttermilk pancake melted in my mouth. A perfect dessert to follow the savory goodness 😋🤤
Will definitely be back next time we are visiting!

A very nice little casual spot for some great food at a reasonable price. Went with a few buddies and we all got different things but enjoyed them all the same and would happily return!

Haven't been here in so long I'm not sure if it's the same ownership. Menu options were great, and the specials offered sounded fantastic. Got the steak burrito and it was absolutely amazing. So fresh, hot, and lovely.

This is one of the best breakfast diners I've been to in the south hills area. Great staff, great food, and very affordable prices!

I was looking for a delicious breakfast (I was craving fluffy pancakes) and this is where I found it!! Got the Hungry Man's Breakfast with 2 pancakes, eggs, hot sausage, home fries, and texas toast!

Our waitress could easily work in a 5 star high end resteraunt. We were very happy with the service.
The outside is nondescript and the ambience not the best, but then the food comes and it speaks for itself. Just awrzome.

Nice neighborhood eatery popular with the morning rush crowd. Food and service was very good, portions were very generous /price paid... very good deal. Every time I drive by the parking lot is either full but never empty.

You can tell this place is homemade! My wife and I went here mostly to support a friend from high school and we were both pleasantly surprised! My mother tried the giant cinnamon roll and loved it! It is made from scratch and has maple frosting that is well done! The onion rings are a bit bready but are crispy and flavorful. The French fries are cooked to a slightly crispy exterior which was amazing! I have never found a restaurant able to do this before! The fried ice cream was not your typical fried ice cream but I highly recommend giving it a try! I won't spoil that surprise! It is a small place but deserves to be much bigger!

This is our first time visit on the recommendation of a local. It's a classic "mom and pop" small joint. We enjoy the classic breakfast menu. If you looking for avocado toast, move on.

The new owner, Adam is so nice! He is doing great things with the menu! I had sausage gravy over biscuits and it was not disappointing. My boyfriend had an omelet and cleaned his plate!! Will be back for sure! Thanks!

The atmosphere was really nice and welcoming. The food was so good that my friend and i got a second dish of food i had the buffalo chicken sandwich and french toast my friend had the Qesadilllas we both had fries. They were crispy and seasoned well

Under new management and I like it. The New Owner Adam is great. The food won't leave you disappointed at all. I'm excited to see what will be on their new breakfast menu. I definitely recommend this little dinner.

I live a mile from this place and its absolutely the best little hometown feel great breakfast spot. Everything is awesome and the wait staff is fantastic. There couldn't be anything better than a late morning Patsys breakfast. I highly recommend it!

Good fresh food, great service, fair prices. My family stopped for brunch on a Sunday after doing a hayride and pumpkin patch visit. Highly recommend the Italian Omelet w/hot sausage. Home fries were really good. Real nice portions. Real friendly service. Highly recommend.
