THE Pleasant Hills store was EXCELLENT> Bill and also the store manager and product rep were all excellent. I told Bill what I wanted and just like that....he made it happen. These guys are great! Highly recommend the Pleasant Hills store. Bill deserves a raise!!!

Mark was incredible. I was just genuinely impressed with his ability to multitask, and the amount attention he paid to everyone that was in the store. He displayed relatability with the other person he was waiting on, all the while, he handled my situation with my iPhone transfer. Mark just exudes kindness and relatability. He shared his experience with work in construction to the guy who was having issues paying his bill, who just came from his construction job. He then paid the $.75 balance the man did not have on him until pay day. I not only got everything I needed at Verizon, in a timely manner, but he warmed my heart and was beyond impressed with his cool calm kind charisma and expertise. He also talked to me about a phone case and car mount. I just can't say enough about this young man. Thanks Mark. You really are a shining star!!

Kira was great at assisting me, usually I dread these types of appointments because there always seems to be an issue but she was quick and effecient and nice, and got the job done asap! Thanks Kira

Amber and heather were absolutely incredible! They helped me switch over from my old carrier and gave me a free iPhone. They were very accommodating and made me feel comfortable to ask questions and we chatted. Highly highly recommend! Huge shout out to amber and heather!! Thanks a ton!

Had a fabulous experience today. Jonathan was professional and efficient, but also very personable. He warmly greeted every customer that entered the store. Gave great technical advice while creating a friendly environment as if he knew all the customers.

Last week after receiving a replacement phone through Asurion i went to the Pleasant Hills, PA Verizon store to have everything switch to replacement phone. Amber was AWESOME, she was patient, tolerant of my lack of knowledge. Answered all my question to complete satisfaction. Not being tech savvy i went back 2 more times to get things as they were on the old phone. She made it a point to wait on me and not hand me off to another representative! Thank you, Amber!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Andrew! He was so courteous and knew the answers to every question we asked! I didn’t get the names of the two other employees but they were also wonderful! Andrew went above and beyond to set us up for success with our new phones, iPads and watches!!

Amber was very helpful and the store was very organized. Loved our experience there. Will be returning to this location for all of our future Verizon services.

I went in to get my wife a surprise birthday gift (an iPhone Xr). Spoke with Jason a few days earlier to make sure the phones were available. The manager stopped over while we were getting the phone, set up a better deal on our contract and with the money I saved I was able to get my son an iPad Pro. Turned out to be a great day!

Tylor was the most amazing sales representative! He took the time to help my husband and I pick out the perfect new phones. Wasn't high pressure at all, knew his stock well and knew the best bundle options! I brought my 83 year old mother with me a week later to buy her a tablet and smart phone. He suggested the perfect phone to help her transition from her ancient flip phone to a easy to use smart phone. He was very patient with my mother and understanding of her many questions. Tylor ... You were just FABULOUS!

Walked right in, was met by a employee around my age 35. I was having total loss of sound . He couldn't figure it out . It's the new S20. There was another hidden setting I found. I googled it online. That does , something close, as turns all calls ,and sound off .
