Loved anjelica she was amazing. We were working with a rough time crunch on an ending lease, and had a lot of specifics as any new home buyer does I'm sure. She made sure to accommodate us in every way possible, and fit a bunch of houses into each day we went out to browse. We saw a few duds along the way, but she ended up finding us a home with everything we needed for our needs as well as our pets needs. Would definitely recommend!

ANGELICA IS AN ABSOLUTE GODSEND! This was a move we executed from PA to Florida..we changed dates. We changed the home posting for sale dates..picture dates..pretty much everything associated with the sale of our home..we changed. She is so patient and understanding. She even helped up to stay positive towards the process after losing out on multiple houses because we did not want to waive the inspection like our competitors were doing. Having never bought a house there was a lot we were unsure of, but she was always willing to find out additional information and use her experience to offer an opinion on the property and offer price when we were unsure. This left us feeling confident in our decisions. She did a great job of keeping track of what we wanted and what concerns we had about properties we were looking to buy. There were a few instances where she noticed something we had concerns about that we did not, it saved us quite a few future headaches when she pointed them out. Her explanations were consistently thorough for the probably 5 million questions I had to ask her, I thought I was going to drive her nuts. Even post purchase she's still been available when I have questions which has been awesome. I would highly recommend Angelica.

Anjelica was absolutely AMAZING!! I needed to sell my house which no longer worded for my mom's mobility needs and then find a new home which included very specific needs, which Anjelica helped me with both. I admit I am not the most patient person, but Anjelica regularly called me and kept me calm and patient through the buying and selling process. She was there every step of the way!! She went way above and beyond to make sure the deal went through and I honestly don't think any other agent would have been as persistent in helping! Anjelica was very helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire purchasing process. Since this was my first time buying a home, she took the time to explain the purchasing process early on and clearly answered any questions that came up later on. She also arranged video tours several times throughout the process Anjelica also arranged several video tours, provided frequent updates, and good recommendations when I needed to work with someone else (such as for home inspections) which made buying from out of state much easier and more comfortable.

We worked with Anjelica for nearly a year in the worst market since I’ve been alive. She was always willing and ready drive all over western PA to show us a diamond in the rough (and let me tell you, I have a new respect for photographers- how you can make trash look like a treasure is a skill!). Any time I had questions, I had answers right away. Follow up calls initiated, not just returned. Very personal and knowledgeable (she knew all the lingo our inspector was spouting out). A bonus- she has great connections with vendors. She was my realtor, that I now call a friend. I highly recommend her if you’re looking to purchase a home!!!
