Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

Reserved this location for a party of 4 at 230 on a Saturday. Walked in and was seated immediately at the Chefs table. Amazing service all the way around! The GM and HER entire crew were simply amazing, fun and professional. They took pictures of us as we requested, food and service were prompt. We order mozzarella sticks as a starter which were fresh and hot... lasagna was delicious of course, chicken Alfredo and stuffed shells, bill was $190. Overall the lasagna was the best. I thought the shells were cheese stuffed so I didn't enjoy them after finding out the were pork. Other than that, everything were phenomenal! My girlfriendz and I were please. This was our very first time trying this restaurant and everyone was so welcoming! I’ve never experienced a kinder staff! The food was amazing and the waitress even gave us free cannoli’s for our first time. We will definitely be coming back!

The food was delicious and the decor is throw back! I enjoyed looking at all the different ways each area is decorated. The manager Lisa was helpful and even helped me sign up for the Birthday Club 🥳.
They have a buy one get one lunch special going on, also!

Amazing food and great service. Lisa, our server with such a great name, took very good care of us and made it a fun experience. I will most certainly be going back for more! The marinara is molto bene! (And when you go,get the dessert!)

Went on a Saturday around 4pm before the evening rush. Was delighted to have a room for ourselves. If you have never been here, the meals are all family style, so no individual plates and they are big portions being served. The ceilings are low which gives the place an intimate feel. And all the decorations and pictures really make the place. I got a Joe's old fashion drink to cap my experience.

The experience was AMAZING! This was my first visit and it was everything!!!! Everyone in the entire restaurant was so nice and treated us like family at their dinner tables! Stacy came over and talked with us as if she knew us for years. It was such a great experience. My friends and I traveled from Ohio and ended up in her restaurant and I would road trip just to go back there again!! The lasagna was so good, I could barely stand up after eating. So much food and so filling. You can not beat great food and great service. 10/10 for Stacy and her team! She ROCKS!!!!! A team is only as good as the leader and I can say WELL DONE SIS!!! You rocking, keep it up!!!!

We reserved a room for a party of 40.
Everyone at the party was totally impressed with the whole experience. The service was awesome, and the food was wonderful. We want to thank you for making our party a special occasion. Lisa and Amber went over and above to keep everyone's meal and drinks special.

Bread was HOT..& my lemon chicken w/fettuccini was the best I've eaten to date. I summoned Chef Greg to personally thank him for his culinary skills, oh man. It was terrific!!

We came in around 1 with a table of 8 people and no reservation. The accommodation was quick and with ease. The food was great, and well-priced (after we realized a "small" feeds for three). We got a punch bowl (elderflower) which tasted fine, although I'd probably recommend a different flavor. The server (Monica) was amazing; friendly, full of charm, she really made the experience come together. I would recommend requesting her, if possible.

Lisa was quite a fine server. She tended to our needs and then some. This location is usually very busy, however today there was a little bit more on the quiet. Made the dining experience even better.

We had an amazing experience tonight at the Robinson PA location!! First, I love that they set up a veteran's table in the lobby, it was touching!! Next, they set us up at the table in the kitchen and made it quite an immersive experience. The manager brought our twins around the kitchen to show them how the magic happens. Our server Colleen was fantastic, was extremely attentive and respectful when we mentioned I was a veteran today. Our food was amazing as always but our experience amd service was one of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had in my life. Our kids had the best time too, fantastic staff, highly recommended!!!

Had a wonderful experience this evening with our server Kellie. She was very friendly and made sure our drinks were filled and checked back with us regularly. Her personality is amazing and was such a pleasure having her as our server. I love the food here and will definitely come back because of the service too!!!! Good job kellie

Never been to Buca in all the years I've had one locally. On business in Pittsburgh, we were greeted so warmly by the GM Stacey and Supervisor Lisa. We asked for the kitchen booth and the gladly obliged where we were taken back and immediately met Monica the sous chef. Before we were even greeted by our awesome server Karlie, Lisa brought us a teaser app of fried mozzarella, compliments of sitting at the kitchen booth. We ordered the Prosciutto stuffed chicken, quattro al forno pasta, and Buca trio platter (app). Very good for a chain Italian restaurant. Great service. Great attitudes. Would come to this location again easily. Oh, the old fashioned was delicious as well.

Amber was amazing! So helpful and made our dining experience so memorable! She even made a point to bring out a birthday treat and sing for our nephew turning one!

The service was absolutely amazing. My server, Jenna, I believe was very sweet. She brought our food out accordingly. The bathroom and room is very clean. I loved my experience here

Our waitress, Lisa, did a great job. Food came out hot and a pretty quickly. The food was delicious and very big portions.

We got the kitchen table, witch as you can imagine is a table in the kitchen. It was very fun with the staff interacting thru out. One thing is for sure with the kitchen table you don't have to worry about flaging down a waiter or waiting on your food. We had a nice young lady by the name of Janea the night we went and she was a delight. We was well taken care of. Definitely walked in and waddled out. 10 out of 10 Definitely recommend.

When I went to this restaurant I loved the food and the atmosphere. Jenna, our server, got our food to us quickly. She was very very sweet.

First time going there tonight with my wife and it was incredible. We were seated quickly, the waitress was busting her ass managing the bar and working 5 tables by herself. Her name was Matta i believe. The Italian bread was amazing, the cheesey bread Florentine was out if this world. All the food was amazing. Shrimp Florentine, stuffed shells. We couldn't even tackle it all. Forget Olive Garden and Bravo this place is legit.

The customer service was excellent. Service with a smile from Servers Lori & Lisa. The food was served in a timely manner at proper temperatures, ex: warm or cold based on the item. Food was delicious. Servers were dressed very neat & professional. Manager greeted us. Restaurant was very clean as were the restrooms with the necessary supplies. The dining experience was awesome. Being from Ohio, the Servers & Mgr made my birthday celebration great. Thank you for such a beautiful restaurant. My friends & I are planning our next visit.
