This place is pretty cool, I don't think i've ever seen anything like it. Its pretty much a mini zoo, with all kinds of pets available for purchase. The store is a decent size and offers boarding and grooming services as well!

They came to our school to do an educational experience for our students. They were amazing! Very informative about all the animals and treated them with respect! Also very kind to our students and staff. Lots of hands on experiences was had! Would highly recommend! We will be booking again in the future. Thank you so much! Definitely my number one go to pet store. I’ve had many animals from there due to the fact that they will order any legal animal you are interested in purchasing…. Different species of chameleons, amphibians, reptiles, insects, mammals. I’ve had them all chinchillas, different species of panther chams, Jackson’s chameleons, leopard geckos, tokay geckos, many different tree frogs, many types of fish like cichlids and flower horns, monitor lizards…. Just to name a few lol. Great variety of pet supplies as well. Big variety of pet food items. Also they have pets to adopt. In my opinion stop in and check out this location you won’t be disappointed.

Just beginning a saltwater aquarium, I had many questions. Aiden was a HUGE help to me. Not only did he explain what I needed and why, but he also shopped with me and showed me everything I needed. After helping me carry everything to my car, he told me his schedule and said to call the store and ask for him with any other questions! Such fantastic customer service will keep me going back there for a long time! He didn't just sell me, he wants to help me become successful in my new hobby! Aiden= A+++++++++

My husband and I drove from northwest Ohio to visit this store to purchase a bird and we were not disappointed. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. We worked with Jake and Sara and I wish this store was closer to us. It was about a 4 hour drive one way. They were amazing to work with!

My family and I have tons of pets and are always looking for more. We live close to Pet Land, so it’s a very convenient place, but the service is great too! We spend a lot of time in the fish/reptile section and the associate Tyler is always there to answer our MANY questions. He’s helped us keep our lizard Reggie happy and healthy, as well as our fish.

Great experience with this store. Highly recommend checking in for a new bird to your nest. They are very accommodating friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them over private breeders any day. I will keep in contact for my next bird ❤ thank you to the whole staff that helped us !!

My experience with petland was horrible I was looking g for a cockatiel the store called me and informed me they had them in do it took me a couple Mty kids decided to get me a cockatiel for Christmas so I went in to make a long story short because I had cockatiels already they wouldnt sale me one unless I brought a separate cage which the cage was 90 dollars and the cockatiel was 269.99 so I had to buy the cage plus the cockatiel and then they made me buy food said that they do that to everyone but I talk to two customers who had previously brought animals there and they stayed that they were not made to buy anything separate besides the animals the workers and owners were very rude treated me like I was nothing and as soon as I brought the bird home my other birds bonded immediately never will buy anything thing from them again and I will contact the better busines Bureau cause I felt less than a human walking outta there I will contact the proper people behind this because I shouldn't have been made to buy food nor a cage I have cockatiels already and I had food and everything they needed but if I didn't buy the food nor cage I wouldn't have got my bird

Went there for the first time to get one of my dogs groomed (used to go to petsmart) they did a better job for a cheaper price, I'll be going here for now on

By far the best Petland in the area. Polar opposite of that sad excuse of a Petland in Monroeville. Lots of different animals here and being able to pet them is classic Petland. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This location has lots of birds which is awesome. Crazy expensive as you'd expect with these parrots but I still enjoy coming here to see what's new and possibly affordable. There's also a huge turtle that walks the place making this store a very unique one.

Absolutely amazing and underrated shop. Most bettas were in tanks and if not had clean water. Animal habitats in general were awesome, they had a variety of animals/reptiles/fish and they all looked healthy. They have a variety of pet care items from dog food to tank plants and coral. People there were nice and knew what they were doing. Probably the best pet shop I’ve seen in a while.

I bought my new friend and little family member snowflake the Rat. I truly appreciate the old school pet store design and feel. A little bit on the expensive but worth it 😉

Awesome pet shop. So much stuff and you can interact with all the furry critters. Great place to visit with the kids even if you don't make a purchase. However the kiddos will want to take something home haha.

I had lots of fun looking around this pet store and holding & petting the animals. Staff is extremely friendly and can answer any questions. The owner's really do a great job with their doggie daycare based on the videos they have posted.

They have a friendly, knowledgeable staff and great customer service. You can see and feel their love of animals and can even find your newest addition to your family here by adopting one of the rescue pets at the store. They also have Sheldon the desert turtle walking around to greet you!

Went there to adopt my very first cat. They were very informative on the cats needs and wants very quick process. Very friendly. Staff was very surprised by that I would go to them again if I ever wanted to get a cat.

The grooming is the best! I have a special needs senior dog and Taylor does a great job grooming him. I'm grateful for her care with him and understanding of his needs. I also have a beagle who's a bit of a chicken to get his nails cut and I don't know how they do it but they get him cut. Would recommend them to anyone!

This is the best place in the world!! Lol, my little girls love it cause you can pet the animals it's so awesome!!! And the people that work there are so nice and will tell you anything you need to know!!

When I come into the store which is often u have a employee named Gretchen..she is so wonderful and helpful. Always makes me feel important. Also ur groomers are great. It's a pleasure everytime I come there

When I first walked into the store I had no idea I was in for such an amazing experience! I asked an employee(Sarah) about a kitten and she was so happy to show me the play area. Everything was clean and tidy. Sarah had the answer to all my kitten questions and quickly helped me decide that Tatsu (Dory to the pet store employees) was definitely my kitten! Her paperwork was organized and had everything ready to give to my vet. At my vet she was given a clean bill of health and praised very highly as a beautiful spoiled baby 😄 she's been in our home for a week and a half now..... She's a perfect fit!
