White Oak Primary Care-UPMC

I got taken care of quickly and everyone is so nice and helpful. I definitely recommend going here over any urgent care.

I went today and was in and out within an hour...very good care and very pleasant staff..I will definitely go back.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Been here a few times. No problems.

I always get same day appt if I am sick. This is valuable to me. Other offices have you wait a week for a sick visit..I am always treated with respect..

Dr Idrees has been very rude and judgemental. Makes me feel embarrassed for asking questions. He degrades me and is not a good doctor for me.

The walk in clinic there as well is very poor in help! I do not recommend UPMC Primart Care East for anyone less than a middle class appearance.

My cfather fell in the parking lot next to the office in white oak. He was having a stroke. My mother is 4’10 and my dad is 5’10. She ran into the office for help to get him in the car. They refused to help. They claimed they were not trauma certified. He needed assistance quickly. They refused. What is wrong with them. Bystanders helped and she drove him to the hospital. Got him into the ED And treated quickly. They were pretty useless.. I am ashamed as a nurse for our profession that they did not provide help.

Told me my insurance was covered and turns out it’s not. Got a massive bill for the most useless visit ever. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Go to a different office

I had to find a new PCP and gave this practice a try. The provider was great but the office staff made for a terrible visit. I scheduled a preventative exam which I do not have a copay for.

The front desk person came into the waiting room waving my insurance card with personal information around and loudly demanding the $25 co-pay. I explained that it’s preventative and pointed to the other co-pay listed. She became visibly angry and said she’d have to check. I told her that I can simply leave and get my care elsewhere.

She returned and got less than 12 inches from my face, pulled her mask all the way down, and condescendingly told me that if I want a preventative visit that it will be only the physical. I already knew this so I agreed and had my appointment.

I made a complaint over her complete lack of COVID safety and rude behavior. I was promised a follow up call by yesterday and no one has called. UPMC is showing a complete lack of care so I will get my care elsewhere.

This place is a joke unless your over 60 they don’t make time to see you or they cancel your appointments I would not recommend going here at all this place sucks

He pads the bill!. I called Friday and Monday for RX refills...
Never even heard from his office. BTW on oxygen 24/7

Is very belittling, totally dropped the ball when he took over for Dr. Conforti.
