I brought my daughter here from Las Vegas for general athletic training as well as improve my olympic lifts for a week. They have world class athletes, world class training, a supportive and competitive gym culture and a calm distractionless surrounding. I hope, I can continue to have her affiliated with this gym until she's making her own financial decisions. But for me definitely worth the airfare, car rental and rooms for the trip.

Garage strength is the most amazing and powerful gyms I've ever been to. Before I started going I was only a decent thrower and wasn't lifting regularly. After just 1 month of coming I saw improvement everywhere. From my appearance, to how well I could spin in the circle. The trainers at Garage Strength are all great also. They push you to success and they make sure your on the right path with advice. You create a bond with each one as time goes on and you are made sure to feel comfortable with the family that Dane Miller and the whole staff created! I'm grateful for the support and friendships that I've made from Garage and anyone that is new or experienced to lifting should come check out Garage.

This is the meca of throwing and powerful llifting. The facility has everything from a fully set up gym to a discus ring, and 3 shot put circles.

If you want results, this is your place. If you want to be pushed to your limit and realize your limit is further than you ever realized, this is your place. If you want to get swole, your place. You don't have to be a beast to train here, you just have to want to become one both mentally and physically. You'll be sore, but you'll become more.

I recently purchased the technical analysis - olympic lifting. The turnaround for the service was super fast and the quality of the analysis was top notch. Very valuable to have another set of eyes on your lifts and a very unique service they offer!

This facility has everything someone trying to stay fit and active is looking for: from a powerlifting gear, strongman, free weight room (with machines) Olympic style wood platforms, boxing, free-weights, throwing (shot out & discus throwing) mobility room with $$ recovery tools.

I’m a remote athlete in Arizona and make trips up for in person coaching at this facility.

This was the best suggestion ever! When I needed more than cardio. GS has taken me to a level that I never thought I could do. T’Mond got me there and all trainers are super supportive!

The trainers are enthusiastic, with great advice and helped me improve my throwing distance, weight room prs, and overall confidence. Love it here!

Ive watched this gym grow from a pole building in danes parents yard to the machine that it is today turning out beast after beast. Ive been a member at a lot of different gyms in Pennsylvania and this by far is the best. Not only will you get stronger physically and mentally there is sort of a mentorship that comes along with training there and you will grow as a person as well.
They have all the knowledge and all the right equipment to turn you into a freak in your respective sport or in life. All you have to do is show up and put in the work and believe me they will hold you accountable and youll want to keep coming back for more.

This place is amazing! I started training there once a week on January 2, and am now going twice a week. I turn 68 in two days, and have never felt better in my life. It isn’t easy, but it’s definitely worth it.

My sons confidence has greatly improved since beginning his training with DJ and Jake. He is getting muscle tone and loving every bit of it. Great place!
