My children have recieved exceptional care from here for over 6 years. I have really valued the advice of the physicians here when I was a new parent and I continue to trust their advice as my children develop and grow. I love that they can be available anytime via phone and beyond that in an emergency. They also offer same day sick visit walk in hours so I never have to resort to a subpar urgent care that doesn't know my children. Dr. Dingess is our chosen physician in this practice but we are comfortable with all of the staff in this practice. They are so exceptional that even when I moved out of the area for a few years, I still drove my children an hour away to this practice for care.

We have been going to this office since my first born and we have three kids now. They never fail to provide top notch service. At every request whether minor or major, they always found away to accommodate us in any way shape or form. If we had a school form that needs to be filled out in a short notice for my kids, they had it filled out and be picked up that very day. Even when it comes to emergency, they will somehow squeeze us in. Needless to say, all the nurses and doctors were and are very very friendly and listen all the concerns about our kids. Now, they have patient portal on their website and I am so happy about that, because I can download any and all of my kids' up to date documents i need in seconds. I highly recommend this pediatrician office. Dr. Matthew Keller is one the top pediatrician in Monroeville, PA. Thank you so much for your service.

Been visiting ESP since 2012. Have 2 kids seeing them now. Love the ability to get in their same day. Live 25 miles away now and still drive in to the Monroeville office because my girls are so comfortable there.

I absolutely recommend east suburban pediatrics. The staff here are all very friendly. Anytime I need to make an appt for my son, even if its last minute they find a way to get him in. Dr. Beth is great with kids.

I like it a lot here. I have had about two experiences where a nurse / front staff were a bit unfriendly, but never anything to the point I felt uncomfortable. Once in the room itself I feel wait times can be a bit long, but I understand they have to address parent concerns fully and that takes time. We have an infant son and I feel as though the doctors are great and love kids. Always put their best foot forward with advice and guidance. Dr. Trainor is awesome, but sadly was told he won’t be at Monroeville for a couple months. Dr. Millard was amazing too, probably my favorite so far. I look forward to coming to appointments and check in and out is easy and stressfree. Waiting room is always empty.

The doctors and PAs who work here are top notch and I take my children here but today I had another bad experience with nursing staff. Upon entering the nurse rolled her eyes when I said I had 3 walk in patients (we came during walk in hours). The other nurses my wife and I have interacted with have no business working with children. Small kids are scared of being at the doc to begin with and should be treated special, not like a burden. Maybe when my 4th is born next year we will choose somewhere else.

My daughter has been severely sick this winter. This is a mixed review of both appts. First, I will say you can get a sick appt same day no problem. Now comes the tricky part. Most of the excellent drs have moved to Murrysville and same w/ the good PA’s. There is only one good PA left in monroeville loc. She is excellent. She knows when I bring my daughter with a very high fever something is up. However, there is a new male DOCTOR that started and he barely looked at her and he definetely did not even glance at her chart before her appt. I had to demand a quick strep test. He said she had no sign. She has a history. Presented w/ 104 for 48 hrs, not eating or drinking, and crying about her throat. He did test, reluctantly, and it was pos for strep. Scond time Rebecka saw her. Same signs. Did strep, but neg . She went a step further and tested for flu. Which was pos w/ a flu shot. She had a flu shot. I didnt think that could happen. But good for Rebecka going outside the box, because my kiddo got Tamiflu and she felt better in a few days. The other piece here is I told the new male Doctor and now.Rebecka that my child has been going to Chn’s Gastro clinic and no one seems concerned about obtaining notes. Nothing is the same since Dr Keller left 4 yrs ago and the best dr is now only in murthsville. Thinking of leaving after 7 yrs . C

thought about explaining our story in detail about this place, but I need everyone to be able to read this. Just take the drive to murrysville. This place has the absolute most argumentative, neglectful, ignorant, rude, and un-empathetic nurses I’ve ever seen. I’ve worked in hospitals that had nicer nurses on overnight (if you know, then you know). Oh and, single parents, prepare to walk 20 minutes from your parking spot and be stared at the whole time no matter what you wear or how you have your baby covered because EVERYONE but you will be dropped off in front of the door. Make sure you pack your bag heavy or you may sit in the room with ur robed baby for an hour without hearing a peep. No communication between staff either, I told them I wouldn’t be back to their facility when my son was 14 months old, he’s 18 months old and I just received two voicemails 8 minutes apart from two different people saying I need to change his insurance card or they won’t see him. GOOD! I had a new doctor for him by the end of the week following his last appointment, and I would’ve changed sooner if it wasn’t for whatever terrible staff member lied and told me I’d have to pay for his records myself to switch him over somewhere else. I’ve received a total of 6 calls since switching facilities for him. If you’re young, single, look anything but “normal”, don’t dress to impress for appointments, I recommend anywhere but here. But seriously murrysville was wonderful I should’ve just stayed there.

I am actually so upset that my hands are shaking. Let me start by saying every doctor, nurse, PA, and NP I've come across there has been wonderful. But this is the THIRD time I've had an absolutely disgusting encounter with a front office medical assistant. My daughter is sick, I believe she has pink eye and a cold. I call in for availability and as soon as the woman, named Millie, answers the phone and I say "hey my name is Vaness and I'm calling because my daughter is sick" she says "oookay...." and there silence as I'm in disbelief she responded so unnecessarily nasty. Then she asks for my child's info which I give. She asks me "well what does her eye look like" I have never once had a medical assistant ask me for details of my child's illness mind you, let alone in a nasty tone implying that she doesn't actually have pink eye, if you can imagine what that sounds like. After that, she says you can go to Murrysville and gives a time. I said there's nothing at Monroeville? She says no. And it went further down hill from there. I told her that location is too far so can you tell when she can be seen at Monroeville and she says we have three offices I can offer you any of those...??? I said I have never once called in saying my baby was sick and be told too bad you have to go where we say and she actually tried to gaslight me and claim she never said that! Which ultimately, admittedly caused me to drop an F bomb and she hung up on me. I called back immediately and the next woman I spoke to who was very kind told me there are actually two available appointments in Monroeville today. ??? So why she decided to be hateful to the point of lying to a parent who has a sick toddler I have no idea, but I called to report her to her supervisor Andrea and she was also rude trying to take up for her rude employee.. ??? Like I am just truly outdone and flabbergasted. Again this is not the first or second time I've had a rude front office encounter, these women working behind that desk (with the exception of at least one) are some miserable creatures and therefore we will not be returning. Beware to parents, find a kinder office.

My poor baby girl had 3 miss diagnosis over 2 months from this office. She was sick the whole time, they said it's reactive airways to asthma and strep throat....well no it was rsv, then pneumonia. 2 months of my child being scary sick, last time I talked to them they said good luck without a follow up call from her PCP from this office. That was the immediate sign that east suburban was not our best choice for pcp. Not too mention the doctor called children's during our second opinion to argue with our new doctor that they gave her enough antibiotics (very unprofessional when a family is looking for second opinions) and no they didn't give her enough, first round didn't work so what do you do?? Cut it in half?? Yeah that'll work... If you care about your child's health I would stay away. My review pretty much affirms the review directly below, they did it to us too.

If I could give this practice zero stars I would. We have been going here for a couple of years. I have never been to a place that refuses to treat your children as much as these people do. The nurses and nurse practitioners are useless. You will feel completely disregarded and dismissed. They will never believe anything you say. My children have been sick throughout the whole school year. They have refused to treat them. They have let them be sick for months at a time. They insist everything is a cold or a virus. There is one particular doctor here who is exceptionally pathetic and terrible. Her name is Doctor Dingess. All she does is run her mouth and doesn’t let anyone speak. She thinks she knows everything. She has terrible bedside manner and is extremely unprofessional. I finally made the decision to leave this practice today and I have never felt better. The only good thing about this practice is Doctor Millard. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see him often.
