This morning I had a really great experience. I don't have the gentleman's name who helped me but he was stellar. Really knowledgeable but also listened to what I was generally looking for. He could have easily sold me on the $100 item but was honest and recommended one for 80 because it better suited my needs. 20 bucks lost in the short term has gained a happy customer who will be back.

The place suits any vaping/smoking needs. They have unique items that you don't get to find at similar stores.

The reason why I like it is that their products are certified and authentic. You won't find a knock off or a malfunctioning device. They let you try disposables before you leave so you can make sure it works as it should.

A bit on the pricier side but worth a few estra bucks.

It’s been years since I’ve had a shop that I can trust and that I would not think to go elsewhere. I’ve purchased 3 tubes and an e nail along with countless other products. Everything is spot on. Prices are exactly what you want from a place providing such high end care. If you don’t have a fav spot this place deserves a chance. I have not a bad word to say and the staff is major reason why. All around a great place to go for your needs.

Absolutely love this place! I like to come here for my vape pens and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I don't live as close and decided to go to a place closer by my house today and received awful service and decided it was worth the drive to Glass Gone Wow and I was correct in doing so. The sales associate greeted me right away picked up what I needed and in conversation I was telling him how I had used a juice that I hated and it's all I can taste, without even being asked to the sales associate cleaned my tank and got as much of the old gross flavor out as possible and filled my tank with the new delicious flavor. Every single time I go in here I am AMAZED by their customer service. They are super helpful and I recommend them to anybody! Thank you guys so much!!!

Very nice and friendly workers and great prices.not only do they offer veterans discounts but they have a points program where you earn $5 off for every $100. And if you're a regular kratom user this definitely adds up and comes in handy.

I have used a vape pen with e-juice for 18 months and was looking for a replacement for my daily use. The employee Nicole went above and beyond, taking her time with me explaining the different mods and the difference between all the models. Once I made my selection, Nicole proceeded to explain the difference between the e-juice (which is the only product I ever used) and the e-salts. Her kindness, professionalism, caring, knowledgeable, and patient customer service will keep me coming back for years to come. I've been shopping here for a few months but usually ordered my stuff online. No more, because of Nicole I will continue to shop local. She deserves to be recognized and when you go in, ask for Nicole. Thank you for all of your Gracious help.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I went in looking for a vape pen, I found it and so much more! The guy that helped us was very very knowledgeable in all products in the store. I asked a bunch of questions and he answered every one with no hesitation. Will be back for sure.

Best headshop, with just as much variety as Amazon & prices are less expensive too, I own a Yocan XL 2020 model. It takes quad coil & ceramic atomizers & I recently had to buy a replacement for it. They sold me a 4 pack of 4 quad coil Atomizers for 30%! Amazing, Amazon wanted to charge me 30$ plus shipping & a week until I would receive my purchase. The Glass Gallery is a way better option & miles ahead of convenience.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy to talk with them about the products without being pressured into buying. A little high on the prices compared to what you will find online, but decent when compared to other physical locations.

AMAZING selections of bongs! Got everything you could ever need. Some stuff is pricey but if you find the right items they will have a good price! Beautiful pieces. Good selection of vape juices for the papers too!

luke was very informative , really kind and helped me pick the most perfect water piece with an amazing carb im beyond happy with my purchase. Also his coworker, Tyler was so polite and understanding and mega cool to talk to. They were both so laid back and made the whole environment relaxing. This was my first smoke shop in PA ive been too and its going to be the last one ill be shopping at because their service is incredible to other shops ive experienced.

Carlis was very professional and understanding while I looked at nearly every vape. It was a special present for a loved one and he took his time in explaining all the crazy choices of juice!!!
