Aerie Store

The staff here is great! I had to exchange a pair of yoga pants I bought months ago but never wore yet due a split down the seam. It was no hassle and the exchange was simple. I love their yoga pants! Super comfortable and easy to move around in. Plus I love the aerie real campaign and including all types of bodies.

The attendant Marissa helped me so much, got me measured, brought me a few sample bras and showed me where to find more bras , ended up getting two light wired bras I really love. The staff was friendly and I was so relieved they had my size (double d)

Really excellent customer service. The women working were attentive and helpful. They also helped us earn discounts andcsign up for some kind of shopping perks.

Friendly staff, ensured safty with covid regulations.
Greeted at door helped my daughter and we found deals .

Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. The store was fairly empty but I still witnessed them following sanitizing procedures, mask wearing and being as contact less as possible.

Okay I love Aerie's bras so much. I love that they use normal looking models. I love their underwear sales and especially their high necked sports bras.

I don't love that the worker there who was about my age (25) called me "hun" like 17 times. That sounds pretty when I write it out... But still.
