Cranberry Hearing & Balance Center - West View

Had to get hearing aids and they were much cheaper for the product than other stores. Had a water spill and they sent the hearing aids back to the manufacturer to get repaired, they came back like new. Would recommend this audiologist with the highest rating

I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. The staff, esp. Jenna L. (Dr. of Audiology) were very pleasant and efficient. The office is clean and modern with great parking - added bonus its also next door to a USPS office and Giant Eagle! I'm very happy with my new, rechargeable hearing aids. Surprised to find out I can listen to music from my cell through hearing aids! Great when I'm out alone on the trail. Photo shows them in their charging station, which is also a great place to just store them as it automatically shuts off when they are charged.

My daughter and I was very impressed. The hearing test went very well. All right I gave them a satisfactory at 10 we were provided with a lot of information from our durance company. She was thorough very thorough and that’s another 10 on the test that was in the timely matter. I’ve never had a hearing test before but it didn’t take too long, but they knew what they were doing and I am impressed myself and my daughter they picked up our my hearing aids this past Monday, which was some last Monday and in March they fit very nice.

I have been to 4 audiologist . This is the best place to go. Staff is very pleasant and easy to work with. Answer all my questions. The Dr went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this hearing aid place

I have been wearing hearing aids for many years (this is my fourth set) and I would highly recommend Cranberry Hearing & Balance Center - West View. Look no further for your hearing aid needs. Dr. Lilleton was great and very professional. She knows what she is doing, and it truly took little time for the hearing aid test and to set up the aids correctly (this was a problem with my last professional). I purchased the Starkey AI hearing aids and use them all the time. Before I only wore my old hearing aids when I had to; now they are a joy to use.

When my mom was in the hospital and I needed help with her hearing aids, Dr. Littleton and Joann were such a great help to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of hearing aids. Excellent service. My mother, Shirley, has been a patient for several years and she has always been treated well by the doctor and her staff. Today she received her new hearing aids and at the age of 93 can sometimes be a handful to deal with, but Abby was wonderful with Mum and the whole process of testing, fitting, and directions for the new aids went smoothly. My sister and I want to thank the doctor and the staff for a terrific experience.

Dr. Littleton was fantastic. She took her time explaining everything and answering all questions. She was professional and personable. This is my first hearing aid and I was concerned how it would work and feel. Right from the start it is very comfortable and easy to insert.

Despite the fact there was a mix up and delay with the insurance, things finally got resolved. The aids finally arrived and Dr. Littleton was as thorough and pleasant as ever. She explained the ins and outs of the aids and went over the paperwork. I left there completely satisfied. Dr Littleton is an asset to your company.

I was very happy with my experience. I was greeted in a friendly and warm manner. I was taken immediately to Abby who was very kind, and warm and helpful. She found what was wrong with my hearing aid and was able to fix it immediately. She also checked my ears, cleaned both aids, answered my questions and showed me how to change my filter. I am very pleased and so glad I got my hearing aids here. 😄

My mom was a long time customer of Dr. Jenna’s predecessor and so moving to someone younger prompted me to wonder if the same level of care would be practiced. To my pleasant surprise Dr. Jenna made the transition so smooth that I actually feel like she advocates and has the personal best interest in mind of my mom when she tends to her hearing aid needs. She even helped us take advantage of a warranty cleaning that we didn’t know we were entitled to before it expired.

My health insurance recommended that I go to Cranberry Hearing and Balance for new hearing aids. I was not comfortable doing this. However, after meeting Dr. Jenna Littleton and speaking with her I was very impressed. She explained the hearing test and helped me go through with it. Later, she discussed the hearing aids and put in an order for me. In less than a week the aids arrived and I went out to be fitted. It was a different experience than I had with my other doctor. These aids are better than the ones I had previously worn. I returned in 3 weeks and reported that they were a little too loud. Dr. Jenna adjusted them and I have worn them for a weak. They are excellent. Dr. Jenna is very patient and takes time to explain things like cleaning them. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs them.

About a year ago, I found out that at the age of 44, I was going to need hearing aids. From the very beginning Dr Littleton made me feel extremely comfortable with the process. She was always there and always willing to help. A few months into wearing the hearing aids, the left one didn’t work properly so I called the office. They scheduled me a quick appointment and before I knew it I had the hearing aid dropped of and back within a few days. A few weeks later the same hearing aid was acting up so I had to call back again to get it looked at. They managed to send it out for repair and I got it back in less than a week. A few weeks later….. The same hearing aid again was not working properly, so Dr Littleton sent it out one more time. This time she got me a brand new replacement hearing aid. Jenna (Dr Littleton) has been so gracious and professional over the course of
the last few months and is always willing to help. If you are having hearing problems or know someone who is, I would highly recommend Jenna and her team. These professionals are top notch!

Fantastic service: Ms Jenna Littleton is such a caring young Doctor that I can completely rely on her. She provided me the best hearing aids those I need. She explains a lot while doing the treatment and has a good amount of knowledge.

And what so say about the front desk. Madam Joanne Buccigrossi is an wonderful caring Lady. I had tough time with Insurance provider. She stood by me and fought for me and insurance had to pay. She is patient charming helpful.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! Jenna Littleton, Doctor of Audiology is incredible. She is extremely kind to the patient and generous of her time. Jenna clearly demonstrates her knowledge of audiology. The office staff (Joann) is also very kind and helpful to the patient. From my mom's first visit, the process has been exceptionally easy. Very thankful.

Most helpful in many ways. Jenna is a delight to have as your consultant.
She eased my many worries about adjusting to the hearing aids. Making sure I was fitted properly & answering any questions I had.
Most importantly she set me up on Bluetooth that I enjoy tremendously, especially when walking for daily exercise. Also when I had a problem she took the time while at work & I was at home to walk me through to correct a problem I was having.

I had a positive experience at this hearing and balance center. The office was clean and quiet. I very much liked that there was only 1 other individual in the office with me. No worries about covid with over-scheduling people. My wait time for the doctor was less than 5 minutes.

My 87 year old Dad was hesitant about getting hearing aides. His friend referred us to Cranberry Hearing & Balance Center after a his great experience. Needless to say, my Dad is very happy & loves the staff! Joanna & Dr Jenna Littleton are kind & took the time to explain everything to us. What a great experience!

I bought two hearing aids from Cranberry Hearing & Balance Center a few years ago at the Cranberry Office. I was so excited to learn that they were opening a new center in West View, Coming from the South Hills, this was so much better for me. Jenna who sold me my hearing aids, was moving to the West View office also. I couldn't be more happier to still have such a friendly, caring woman taking care of my hearing aids. When something was wrong with them, she handled the situation right away. If she didn't know the answer to the problem, she didn't hesitate to find the answer. I would recommend Jenna to anyone who needs hearing aids. You will love her.
