My wife and I wanted to Remodel our 2nd floor bath and stairway in our 1850’s farmhouse, but we didn’t want to do the modern style we wanted to do a cabin rustic theme and we found Zack and Anitra at Kolb’s Construction. There
Ideas and visions brought us our dream project to reality and in our budget! Zack ,Anitra and Shawn were true professionals from demo to finish their workmanship skills and cleanliness were extraordinary , friendly, and prompt ! Had a list of work to be done on two houses. They did an excellent job. We were very satisfied with the finished projects. Very dependable and professional. Had ceiling work, steps to be moved, lighting and fire alarms to be installed, windows, doors and some roof and siding work. Even took down a wall for us. All jobs complete and they left every work area clean. If you need any work done, they are the company to call. You will be pleased with the results ; ) Already have them scheduled for next spring!!
July 2021 This is the second time we have used Kolb's construction. Our porch was sinking and rotting. We also had a concrete wall that was falling apart and in dire need of repair. They were very professional and thorough. They were conscientious to every detail. He is like an artist with his work. They cleaned up every day and also did the staining for me. We now have the best porch in the neighborhood ; ) He even constructed the door from scratch. I now have to do a little painting on the existing concrete to finish the project. Love their work and will save for the next project in 2022. Can't wait to decorate for the fall season. And kudos to both of them for working through the intense heat of this summer. I almost forgot to mention all the odds and ends work they completed too. New outlets, fixed cracked pavement behind garage, wrapped and anchored posts on back porch, caulked windows, fixed a potential leak in porch roof and front of house, replaced a screen door and front door, spackled the walls in my bathroom and hallway, hung blinds, replaced porch light and door knobs. They will always be my first call. Love Kolb's construction ; )

From start to finish not a single detail was overlooked. The attention to detail was amazing. I dont have a single bad thing to say about their work. Family first and a great job! We love our new Trex deck!!!!!

Installed railing, fixed lattice and vinyl fence. Zach and his son did a awesome job. Highly recommend!

Bought an older home that needed a lot more work than I had anticipated. I called Zach and he came in and had some great solutions. After purchasing a new home we had variety of things that needed immediate attention. We had a prompt meeting with Zack who was able to clearly explain how he could address each of our issues.
