I love this place! I stop nearly every time I pass them for a snack even if I'm not hungry. Their homemade baked goods are amazing and their own smoked meats are second to none. Combine that with their consistently friendly employees and wonderful old time decor and it's definitely worth stopping for. Oh, they sell gas too that is ethanol free. Not many places left that do that.

Great Owner & staff; always very friendly, funny & accommodating. Nice selection of local goods & delicious bakery items baked right on the premises. The sandwiches are made fresh to order & are also very delicious. If you haven't stopped in for food & baked goods, you need to, like right now.

I’m so glad that this property was used to open such perfect place. I can buy my ethanol free gas here and also get the best breakfast made for me that Berks county has available. They also have a butcher in house and sell smoked goods in the back. The baked goods are amazing and they make flatbread pizzas with a cauliflower crust option.
PERFECT 👌

Great discovery of a fun little store/restaurant/ coffee shop! Fun and random things to buy- cards and assorted food items, including their own brand of sauces and dressings. Grocery items and freshly made deli sandwiches. The beef beast served hot- delicious! My friend had the beef panini and loved it. Nothing comes with a sandwich, but plenty of meat on it!
Worth a trip, they have gas out front too!

I've been a customer for years for the non-ethanol gasoline. I decided to give their interesting menu a try. I wasn't disappointed - the sandwiches are outstanding. It's a great value - they are made with quality products and are excellently prepared.

I am a trash truck driver and whenever i get the chance to stop by and grab a breakfast sandwich i do! Bacon egg and cheese on a bagel tastes like one I made at home. Their coffee is amazing too. Super friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

It's worth driving out of your way to try this place...a very unique store. They make amazing fresh food. We absolutely love their breakfast sandwiches, they are BIG! My favorite is "The Draft Horse". You get a LOT for your money here. Very relaxed and friendly place!

Passed this place a hundred times and always wanted to stop n check it out. Usually a few cars in the lot and they have a lil catering truck(positive indicators). Middle of nowhere. Walked in and the whole “country store/Getty” smelled like smoked cheeses and meats…at this point my expectations have spiked. I’m looking over the menu, salivating at the possibilities. I ordered a “Ricky Ricardo” which seems to be a quality improv to a Cuban but they used brisket, threw ham on top, smoked Gouda, and honey mustard, with some sandwich dills. I got a cup a coffee which was some for boulder co coffee, was pleased with the brew. Waited a little longer than average but it was TOTALLY worth it and the sandwich re-educated my taste buds in a way only fantastic food can.

Love to take my kids there and get sandwiches. Always feels like you've taken a step back in time when things weren't so rush rush rush. Great food - especially breakfast! My husband gets his ethanol free gas for his chainsaws and lawn equipment. Get some food and stay awhile!

Non-ethenol fuel got me here. The coffee is great, hope to have a sandwich sometime. This is an old-school family-owned neat place to go. You can feel the love and hard work they put into running this place. A bit more selection in the market might be nice, but they carry the essentials and more "stuff" might hurt the feel. Go here, buy the beef sticks, get some gas and coffee, keep 'em busy.

Fabulous old fashion deli with great breakfast sandwiches, made to order. Must try the bacon! And the Berks County special is one of my favorites, full of meaty flavors!

Great place with good prices. The service was nice and the quality of products was too notch. This was my first time shopping here, but I was surprised by the variety of products. This will be a must shop location on my list. I can't wait to try their sandwiches.

Found this place by accident and it is a wonderful little place. Coffee was terrific and the breakfast sandwiches were the best ive had in a long long time. Highly recommend going here and they even sell milk in glass bottles as if it wasn't old timey enough. Take a ride and enjoy the small town hospitality.
