HVMG Family Practice Associates Hopewell

Dr. Simons absolutely the best doctor I ever had. One complaint is the new answering system. I've called 4 times in the past week and each time I was on hold from 10 to 20 minutes. There are not that many people calling that office all the time. That answering system has t go.

Dr Priola is an excellent physician. He actually listens to you and your concerns. The new office is meh because you can never get in touch with a person but it's not the worst I've ever experienced. The staff, when you get to speak to them, are courteous and go above and beyond for the most part. 4 stars just because of the not being able to reach them like you used too when they were in Hopewell.

Can never reach anyone in the office. Been a patient for over 15 yrs wish Dr Simon's was still there. Since moving, the practice has become the one of the worst offices to go to.

No one is ever available to answer the phone at all. It’s as if they send every call to voice mail. Refills on your prescriptions will be done at their convenience not at your need.

Didn't want to give it one star only way to leave a comment this place is a circus that should be shut down went into full waiting room for hour and a half still didn't see dr left without seeing dr other people left as well tired of waiting im gonna find out what can be done about it im having serious issues and that place just fuels the flames
