Robbie, the manager, was so helpful to me. When my phone broke. It finally gave out! Robbie spent whatever time he needed to get me back with a phone and transfer my contacts and everything. He spent a lot of time trying to get me straightened out. He's so knowledgeable and patient. I left completely satisfied with the service I got.

Robbie, David, and the manager from the Erie store (I can't remember his name) rock! We had a lot going on with new phones, watches, tablets, and switching a line over. They were patient and very helpful. They found discounts and helped lower our bill. They all had great personalities, worked well with each other, and were fun to work with. Highly recommend the Green Garden Plaza Verizon location!

Robbie was amazing! He was very patient and managed to resolve a million problems we had with our phones, watches and bill! He was very knowledgable and took the time with us! It was a great experience!

Zachary was beyond helpful and patient. He hooked me up with a new phone and watch. I felt bad for making him stay way past 7:00pm. He was very gracious about it . I’ll be a return customer.

Robbie was able to help us understand our bill better and lower it. He understood our issues and where we were coming from and helped to find a solution.

Zach at GreenGarden store is the best. I have worked with at least 10 agents from Apple agents with no problem solved. Sent me a new phone which the sims wouldn’t let me get it started up. I told Zach I was not leaving until I had a working phone. Within 1/2 hour he put me into. I Phone 15 at very little cost to myself. They have always be able to solve any problem I’ve had with my Phone. They are the store that have kept me with this company.

David was awesome spent all evening trying to fix my watch I would recommend him for any help you need nice and extremely helpful just watch when Verizon asks for permission they really don't know how to take a joke and gave me a bad rbueview on my account

Robbie and Zach were very knowledgeable about the product. This was a 2 day process after porting my phone from AT&T after they made a mistake and gave them the wrong acct number. This is the first time in 24 hours that my phone has rang. You need these kinds of reps representing you … because of this I will continue my service with Verizon. Thank you and thank them.

I almost exclusively use a corporate store when dealing with Verizon. To me it was worth waiting the excessive amount of time to be seen by 'an official' Verizon tech. It was always a trust/liability thing with me. I now firmly stand corrected. The two reps that assisted me with adding and activating a smartwatch to my account are not only professional, but personable and knowledgeable. I have found this to be at a scarcity these days. I cannot thank both Zachary and Robert enough. In one visit you both have made a repeat customer of my wife and I.

I can’t say enough how much Zachary helped me out switching my business account over from AT&T. He was 100% on point with all the Verizon products and services for my business. I ended up saving $20/month/line including a brand new IPhone 14 compared to what AT&T was charging me for using my own device. I was literally on the phone with AT&T for 6 hours trying to fix their reps mess ups and Zachary fixed me up in under 1 with a whole new account. He also gave me a roadmap of what I need to do in the future. I’m gonna be a returning customer! I highly suggest checking him out. It will save you a ton of time and hassle compared to all of the other stores out there. I was a personal and business customer at AT&T for over 5 + years. NEVER again!
