front staff is rude and never answers the phone, takes a minimum of an hour after your appointment time to see a doctor or get a simple flu shot. Dr. Pfieffer is a good Dr. and the only reason i still use this office, but im keeping my eyes/ears open for an alternative.

I don't recommend HVHS in Green Garden Plaza. Their office staff is terrible. No one answers the phones and you have to leave messages all the time. They take hours to return call. Twice now I called twice in one day and after finally getting an appointment another person called also to make an appointment. Today I asked to speak to the office manager and was put on hold for 12 minutes and 54 seconds. I will be sending an email tomorrow to the powers that be.

Called for appt 6/16. Was experiencing flu, virus symptoms. No openings til monday with Dr assistant. 1pm. I go there because of Dr Gandhe. By that time my symptoms had gotten worse. Chills went to shivers, periods of couldnt breathe, dizzy, lost balance, fell down.Yes monday. i had no business driving that day. i came from 1 mile out of Washington county. i arrived 10 minutes late. I had to slow down because i was so sick. Arrived went right to kiosk trying to sign in. The blob @ the window saw me. Offering no help what so ever.
No one in waiting room. i was holding on to the kiosk, couldnt get ny info in right. Push button for help.nada. went to window and the short brown haired person offering no help told me i had to reschedule. I didnt call to say i would be late. And no one in waiting room yet.I started crying, i told her i was so sick, i need to see someone. #1 she should have had me seen.! YOUR Lunch time was over. I left, made it home and my neighbor took me to medi express, Robinson twp.
Double pneumonia! Forgot to mention, im 71yrs old!

I went here in 2018 they would cancel appointments on me but the day I was to sick to get a ride to my appointment they told me never to come back . I never forgive these doctors for blocking be when I was trying to keep up with my health. How you cheat me when you did the same thing twice like my time isn't important 🤔 they need to be turned into the state

Just curious as to why your google page say's you close at 5pm today, but it's 4:36pm as i'm making this right after i just called. All i wanted to do is try to make an appointment.

I have called this office SEVEN times over the last week to schedule an appointment with a doctor i’ve heard good things about. Does anyone here pick up the phone? I guess not, and I guess they don’t want new business either.
