Tower Health Medical Group Family Medicine - Exeter DeMoss Rd

I've been a patient for over a decade and although the practice has been consumed by Tower Health the staff remains the same. I've always found the doctors to be extremely knowledgeable, wise, compassionate and personable. I am grateful for their great care.

I have been going here for over 5 years, I love my doctor and they always are able to squeeze me in any time I'm sick. Every doctors offices has their issues but I'm able to get in and out with hardly any wait. Love them.

This is an awesome office. They always have room when sick or in need to see the Doctor. Never waited more then 5 min. In waiting area. Great staff, Awesome Doctor.

My last two experiences have been terrible... Since the Tower Health takeover they have lost their prior level of "care".
Both times they have completely ignored why I was there.
First was a work related injury that they failed to record as such after telling them multiple times that it was a work related injury.
And most recent I wanted a specific type of blood test. They tested everything but the type of blood test I specifically requested. And then have the nerve to tell me I still need to pay for the incorrect test despite not having insurance.
These problems could have been avoided with just the least amount of care at the very basic level...
